Mercedes Javid is now married and she is feeling more confident than ever!
The Shahs of Sunset star has been working out a lot and she has lost a lot of weight. She’s been busy the last few months with wedding planning and the official wedding ceremony that took place last month. MJ is feeling like she has her groove back! Recently she took to Instagram to post a nude photo in the name of body confidence. She wanted to share words of wisdom for women. She wrote, “#TransformationTuesday Today more than ever we WOMEN are standing up to repressive, archaic ideologies. We are learning to make decisions regardless of judgement by others or prejudices of age, shape, origin..A majority of my followers are WOMEN. #selfconfidence is determined by yourself. Everyone else’s opinion is fundamentally irrelevant. #bodyconfidence”
I’m all for female empowerment so I think it’s great. I feel that every woman should be confident with herself and her body. I’m excited for The Shahs of Sunset to return soon! They are pretty entertaining. LOL. We’ll have to tune in soon, my loves!
