This season of The Real Housewives of New York, is revolving a lot around the friendship of Carole Radziwill and Bethenny Frankel. The co-stars were best friends, but this season their friendship is being tested. Especially on this new season of RHONY. However; in real life Bethenny Frankel has stated that they are still friends and that all is well. Many people think this has all been blown out of proportion. On the other hand, Carole has been saying that although they are indeed friends – their friendship has just shifted a bit. Carole has made it clear that there were some things Bethenny said and did that made her view their friendship in a different light.
The New Yorker recently joined Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen to discuss the matter. According to Carole, “Everything Bethenny says about me is not true.” Carole thinks that everything Bethenny was saying was surprising and untrue. She explained, “I mean literally, I’m watching it along with everyone else thinking, ‘Oh, okay.’ I mean I’m very excited to see her, you see that. When she comes to the Halloween party, I drive four hours to go to her birthday party, I bring her $300 dollars worth of roses.”
In fact, Carole said, “I was being a really good friend. I remember at the same time, I was trying to figure out dates that we could go to golden door together. You know I sent her flowers when Cookie died. I was just being a really good friend. I wrote a lot of checks for her charity.”
