Bethenny Frankel is known to be the biggest B in NYC. So, it’s not surprising that the Skinny Girl mogul had a freakout on social media after a less than ideal Uber experience.
The Real Housewives of New York star took to Twitter and claimed that her “Pshycho @Uber driver” was “refusing to pull in driveway & help with bags demanded I come to him raising his voice.”
However, things quickly escalated, and Bethenny publicly demanded that “Uber fire him today,” which didn’t go over well with fans.
Bethenny defended her demands by telling fans, “He was so belligerent and mean that it scared me in light of recent NYC incidents. But thanks for your bitterness.”
Then a fan pointed out that no Uber driver should have to help with anyone’s bags to which Bethenny replied,“Yell at customers…no. An angry, aggressive driver scares me.”
No word on if said Uber driver was fired, but I think Bethenny took things a little too far with her demands.
I know Bethenny is doing amazing things for the world these days, which I commend and support 100%, but I think her tweets were a total diva moment. First off, Bethenny has a shit ton of money, and if she was to be particular about where she’s dropped off at and wants help with her bags, she should hire a personal car service, not an Uber. Plus, to demand someone be fired – that’s extreme. Give him a bad review and move on.
Thoughts on Bethenny’s tweets? Was Bethenny acting like a diva? Did B go too far with demanding the Uber driver be fired?
