Teresa Giudice is shutting down claims that her long-time marriage to husband Joe Giudice “may be over.”
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star opened up The Daily Dish and made it clear the couple has no plans to divorce despite recent reports suggesting otherwise.
“I am not getting divorced. The truth is I miss my husband and cannot wait for him to come home,” Teresa explains. “We talk every day on the phone, and I go and see him a few times per month. My daughters miss their daddy just as much as I do. We all love him very much.”
Earlier this week sources told Us Weekly that Teresa and Joe’s “marriage may be over.”
In fact, these so-called insiders say, Teresa, who was once dependent on support from Joe and her mom, Antonia who sadly passed away in March, is “still standing” on her own and has “learned she doesn’t need Joe.”
Sources add that Teresa’s “loving her independence. She’s becoming used to being quite free while Joe is away at prison.”
Meanwhile, insiders claim that Teresa is starting to believe rumors about Joe’s past infidelities. “He’s always said this particular person was just a friend,” says the source, “but now Teresa thinks there’s more to the relationship.”
This isn’t the first time Teresa and Joe have been plagued with rumors about their marriage. Just back in June, rumors surfaced alleging that Teresa was having an affair with a New Jersey businessman.
Teresa “vehemently denies these allegations. They are 1,000 percent false and have been manufactured by attention-seeking lowlifes who have no moral compass,” Teresa’s attorney James J. Leonard explained at the time. “The only man in Teresa’s life is Joe Giudice. Period. End of story.”
Even Teresa’s good friend and RHONJ co-star Siggy Flicker came to her defense telling AATRH, “The rumors about Teresa cheating are hearsay and completely false. 1000% false.”
I’m so over these rumors about Teresa and Joe’s marriage. As for now they are together and doing the best they can. I wish for the sake of their kid’s people would stop speculating about their marriage.
