Stassi Schroeder Vanderpump Rules

What Caused Patrick Meagher and Stassi Schroeder’s Heartbreaking Split?

Stassi Schroeder and Patrick Meagher’s recent split shocked the hell out of every Vanderpump Rules fan.

The very private couple only publicly announced their reconciliation back in May after splitting in June of 2016.

While Stassi and Patrick are known for being an on-again, off-again couple this time things seemed different as Patrick had decided to film and be a part of Stassi’s reality TV life, something he’s previously wanted no part of.

So what went wrong between Patrick and Stassi?

Sources say that Stassi’s “Queen Bee” behavior is what caused Patrick to end things on their four-year anniversary; claiming that “they’re done for good this time.”

“Patrick was sick of all her social media bulls**t and trying to be someone he wasn’t for her,” an insider revealed.

“Stassi will always be the same old Stassi — the Queen B,” the insider added.

However, Stassi had a different explanation for her and Patrick’s split, which she opened up about on her podcast Straight Up With Stassi.

“We get into an argument on our anniversary that he did not remember. Our four-year anniversary. Granted, OK, we broke up for a really long time, but we met four years ago on that day,” Stassi recalled. “I didn’t even get a f–king daisy. Not even a weed. What did I get? I got told I was broke up with a day before our Mexican vacation that I already paid for.”

Meanwhile, Stassi gave Patrick time to cool off and reconsider, but he didn’t budge. So, instead, Stassi headed off on their romantic vacation to Mexico with her good friend Rachel O’Brien.

“I start going crazy, like mindlessly sobbing, taking mad amounts of Xanax to calm down,” Stassi continued. “I’m still on my Xanax. It’s the only way I can [get through]. My breakfast consists of milk and red wine and two eggs that I didn’t eat and bacon and a Xanax. And that’s pretty much how I feel.”

Despite lounging poolside in paradise the Vanderpump Rules star is still heartbroken.

“I miss him every f–king minute. I’m going to cry. I don’t know how to bounce back from this. It’s the biggest deal,” Stassi explained. “He couldn’t get on the plane. I made the effort. I got on the plane. I wore a harem pants jumpsuit to go on the plane, and he couldn’t get on the plane. It’s pride. He was too prideful to [come on the trip and] that’s’ what makes it so much harder.”

In fact, Stassi admits she still has feelings for Patrick and still loves him.

“We both really love each other. Four years later and I’m just as equally attracted to him as I was the day I met him. So I’m f–king confused and really upset. So it’s making it way harder,” she admitted.

Stassi then ended the podcast by urging fans not to be mean to Patrick.

“Please, I don’t want anyone to go and hate him. He’s a good guy. He’s a d–k for not f–king coming on this trip and breaking up with me for whatever f–king prideful reason that I know he regrets now, but he’s a wonderful person.”

I feel so heartbroken for Stassi. I really thought this was it for her and Patrick. Hopefully, they can reconcile and make things work since it seems there’s still love between them.

Why do you think Patrick broke up with Stassi? Do you think Stassi’s “Queen Bee” behavior was the reason Patrick ended things? Will Stassi and Patrick reconcile or are they over for good this time? Sound off below!
