Just prior to Stassi Schroeder’s announcement that she and her ex-boyfriend Patrick Meagher rekindled their romance Stassi’s most infamous ex-Jax Taylor gave some unsolicited advice for the next man who wins her heart.
“Good luck. Good luck, and I hope you have some thick skin. She’s very stubborn. It’s her way or the highway,” he told The Daily Dish about Stassi.
Jax says that the man who wins Stassi’s heart will need to possess a special personality trait to make it work with her.
“It’s gonna take a special, special, unique individual to date Stassi,” he said. “It really is. Stassi just needs somebody who’s a successful, independent guy who can deal with her, because she’s a tough cookie.”
However, Jax does give Stassi credit for being open to finding love anywhere and says that she’s grown a lot over the past year.
“You got to give her an A for effort because I think she’s on every dating website there is,” he said. “I think she’s even been kicked off a few and crawled back on. And that’s one thing that’s really cool about her this year is she’s learned to make fun of herself and she’s funny. And I think she just kind of said, ‘You know what? I need to change myself.’ There’s something to say about somebody who can make fun of themselves and humble themselves like that.”
I have to laugh that Jax is giving advice on Stassi’s love life but I feel like his advice kind of hits the nail on the head. I’m happy that Stassi and Patrick have gotten back together; they seem super happy. Hopefully this time around they can make it work.
