Stassi Schroeder Updates Vanderpump Rules Fans On Her Relationship With Ariana Madix; So How Is Lisa Vanderpump Involved?!

Stassi Schroeder and Lisa Vanderpump were incredibly close when Vanderpump Rules premiered, but they had a huge falling out and have not been the same since. In fact, they tolerate each other, but in no way have an actual relationship; it’s quite sad when you consider where they once were!

Stassi is no stranger to controversy, and now she’s comparing another one of her VPR co-stars to Lisa Vanderpump! To be clear, she’s comparing the relationship she currently has with Ariana Madix to her relationship with Lisa Vanderpump; both are not good and won’t be anytime soon!

I feel like Lisa is exactly the way I feel about Ariana [Madix],” Stassi said on the Pump Rules Podcast. Admitting, “It’s like I keep trying and then no matter what I do, I just can’t quite get there.

Stassi and Ariana went at it several times throughout VPR season 5, because they were both involved in Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz’s wedding, so they saw a lot more of each other than they should have!

Stassi and Ariana are complete opposites in almost every way, but Stassi was elated when she thought she had, “cracked” Ariana at Tom and Katie’s wedding. They had an emotional heart-to-heart which shocked everyone, even their co-stars. This was VERY short-lived however, so it turned out that Stassi wasn’t successful in her attempt to get Ariana to like her.

Stassi really can’t win, and Ariana announced at the VPR reunion that she was very upset by Stassi’s, “cracked” comment; evidently she had been harboring those feelings for months!

Stassi wanted to clarify what she meant with this comment, and while many knew exactly what she meant, Ariana clearly didn’t!

Cracking somebody isn’t something that’s supposed to be taken as negative. I have been trying to crack Ariana since the day I met her,” she confessed. Elaborating, “When I say ‘crack someone,’ I mean actually get to a place where we’re talking, we’re vibing, we’re not just being like, ‘How are you?’ ‘I’m good, how are you?’ ‘Oh, do you like the tacos?’ ‘Yes, I love the tacos.’ Like, something a little deeper than that,” Stassi defended.

Kristen Doute appeared on the Podcast with Stassi, and backed her use of the word, “cracked,” as well as her intentions behind it!

I thought it was a really, really cool moment to watch as a viewer because I wasn’t sitting there watching them have this conversation in person, though I was at the wedding, and it was like the most vulnerable,” Kristen recalled.

Stassi should just stop trying with Ariana at this point; she’ll never vibe with her, nor will they be friends! Ariana isn’t interested and she’s one of the most closed-off, guarded people on reality TV!

I do hope that Stassi and Lisa move forward, because they were so fun to watch together, and LVP was a great mentor for Stassi; plus, this could end the constant Lisa/Scheana love fest that is obnoxious to watch!

Thoughts on Stassi comparing her relationship with Ariana to her relationship with Lisa? Do you agree? Do you understand Stassi’s “cracked” comment? Was Ariana justified in being insulted by it? Will Ariana and Stassi ever be friends? Will Stassi and Lisa eventually get back to a good place? Whose side are you on?
