Being the new girl in the 90210 can be difficult, and that’s exactly what Dorit Kemsley found out during her first season on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. That can especially be the case during your first reunion when you have to go toe-to-toe with a room full of veteran Housewives.
But at least one former RHOBH has Dorit’s back. Camille Grammer expressed her support for Dorit while tweeting during the reunion on Tuesday night.
Camille says she sees a lot of her season one self in Dorit.
“Dorit talks a lot,” Camille tweeted. “I relate. That was me first season.”
As most RHOBH fans know, Camille went through the ringer during the first season of the show, not only because of her failing marriage to Kelsey Grammer but because she was constantly at odds with her co-stars.
While Camille is no longer caught in the reunion crossfire, she admits to The Daily Dish that she wishes she could be there to support her friends.
“You kind of feel the safety of not being in the drama, but I wish that I did [the reunion] because I was involved in a lot of the conversations that didn’t make it on air,” Camille explained. “I would have liked to be able to support any wrongdoing or who was being wrongly accused of doing something.”
Despite Camille’s support for Dorit, that doesn’t mean she’s taking sides in the drama. Camille also sent love to Eileen Davidson, telling her she’s “a class act.”
I just love Camille. Don’t you just love Camille? I’m really hoping that she will be returning for season 8. I think Camille may be the missing piece of the puzzle on RHOBH.
