Understandably Apollo is ecstatic with this development, because the original ruling was favorable to Phaedra; the judge then deemed the divorce was unfair because Apollo wasn’t informed when it was originally finalized. Furthermore, it was discovered that Phaedra had intentionally misspelled his name; not a good look for a well-established Atlanta attorney.
TMZ is now reporting that it’s game-on and Apollo is ready for war! He is, “back on the hunt to determine what property is fair game to split.”
He insists that these properties include, “a million-dollar marital home, millions of dollars in personal properties, and several businesses.”
While Apollo is now behind bars, he is requesting joint legal custody of their young sons Dylan and Aden. Clearly he’s thinking ahead for the future, because he will be in prison for a few more years.
Phaedra is a single-mom providing for her young boys all on her own; if I was her I’d be the most upset that Apollo is already trying to get joint-custody of the boys.
He’s greedy and his requests are a bit much, especially since he committed bank fraud and left her to be investigated as well. Clearly he’s very angry at what Phaedra did with the original divorce documents, and to be fair he has every right to be.
Now that Apollo is engaged he wants to make sure his life is set for when he gets out and living with his fiancé; if they last that long!
