Erika Girardi knows when she’s wrong and she’s not afraid to admit it.
First up Andy and Erika discussed Eileen Davidson’s comment about Erika’s son.
Andy asked, “Did you see watching the episode back that Eileen’s intent was…” which Erika quickly interrupted, and interjected, “So innocent. Her intent was innocent. I overreacted.”
Then, Andy played the clip of Dorit Kemsley claiming, “I think all of the people Erika pays have literally gotten to her her,” and asked Erika how she felt about Dorit’s dig.
Erika calmly denied Dorit’s claims, telling Andy, “No. They’re really honest. They will tell me ‘Slow it down. That’s stupid.’ They’re very good to me.”
Next up, Erika discussed her friendship with Lisa Vanderpump, when a caller asked if there was a reason the two “haven’t clicked as friends.”
“I think we are actually clicking more and more as time goes by,” Erika told the caller, acknowledging that she and LVP got off to a rocky start.
LVP remained a topic of interest when another caller, asked why it was okay for Eileen and Lisa Rinna to defend Erika during her fight with Dorit but it wasn’t okay for LVP to do the same for Dorit.
Erika replied, “LVP does stick up for Dorit quite often. She can do whatever she wants. She’s free to say whatever she wants. That’s her friend, go defend her.”
Finally, the interview wrapped up with Erika talking about her co-stars referring to her “as cold,” telling Andy, “I’m not cold, and anyone who truly knows me knows that I’m not cold.”
Burr it’s cold in here…Sorry I just had to do that. I mean isn’t that what comes to your mind? Anyway, I’m sooo glad Erika admitted she overreacted because I don’t think Eileen ever meant to hurt or say anything bad about Erika’s son. And for the record, I don’t think Erika is cold. She’s not required to open up to people she’s just met and share all of her feelings.
