Lisa Vanderpump’s life just got a little busier.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been dubbed the Editor-in-Chief of Beverly Hills Lifestyle magazine.
“I love writing as my fans know from my blogs,” Lisa told Page Six. “I’ve been involved with the magazine since its inception over seven years ago and it’s going to be a passion project for me.”
Adding that the magazine will cover “everything that is fabulous in traditional Vanderpump style!”
Co-founder and president Mark Kurian believes that LVP is the perfect fit for the magazine.
“Lisa Vanderpump embodies everything Beverly Hills Lifestyle stands for,” he said in a press release “She is class, grace, and luxury personified and her personal touch will take Beverly Hills Lifestyle in an exciting direction.”
LVP’s latest endeavor will be a family affair as her daughter Pandora will serve as Executive Editor at the magazine.
In her first editor’s letter, Lisa revealed that she hopes to make philanthropy a huge part of the magazine.
“Each month we will highlight a different charity, as well as try and tie in a philanthropic aspect to all of our plans and events. I’m excited to use this opportunity to draw attention to some wonderful causes.”
This job seems right up LVP’s alley so major congrats to her. What’s funny is this is the magazine that RHOC Lydia McLaughlin and her husband Doug used to co-own. At one time Lydia was the Managing Editor and I believe Doug was the Editor-In-Chief. Very interesting.
