Not good enough?
Joanna Krupa’s lawsuit against a Flordia strip club is ridiculous says the club because who would ever believe she was working the pole.
Pink Pony Tampa says the use of Joanna’s image to promote its special events is not false advertising as the former Real Housewives of Miami star claims in her lawsuit. The company goes on to state that its patrons would never expect to see the “pretty faces” in its advertisements on the stripper pole.
The strip club adds that no one expects to see Colonel Sanders severing chicken at KFC.
Joanna is suing the Pink Pony for using her image to promote their “dance and shower” show without consent and most importantly without paying her a dime.
Pink Pony wants the judge to dismiss the case because the RHOM star hasn’t proved she owns the photos they’re using.
I swear how many lawsuits is Joanna involved in. I think this is number 3 and the second one where a strip club is using her image. It’s obviously not right for any company to use her image without consent or payment, but perhaps lawsuits are how former models and reality stars make their money.
