Blast from the past?
Rumor has it that former Real Housewives of Orange County star Lydia McLaughlin is heading back to the OC for season 12 and she may be bringing a familiar face with her.
While both Bravo and Lydia are staying tight lipped about this rumor, multiple sources tell Us Weekly that Lydia is returning and that “She seems really excited.”
the AATRH team is wondering if this move could open the door for other former RHOC stars to comeback for season 12.
Former RHOC star Jeana Keough is known to pop in and out of the franchise; usually stirring the pot and being a backup to on-again, off-again friend Vicki Gunvalson. So we wouldn’t be shocked in Jeana made an appearance this season.
But the most likely to return Housewife award goes to Alexis Bellino who continues to be very good friends with Lydia. While Alexis would most likely be returning as a friend of the Housewife, it is likely that we could see her during season 12.
Since exiting RHOC, Lydia and Alexis have continued their friendship and even recently got together to celebrate Alexis’ birthday. Even attending a Louis Vuitton event together as well.
However, Alexis may not be the only former RHOC we see this upcoming season. Vicki and Kelly Dodd have been hanging out with Gretchen Rossi, Peggy Tanous, and Lizzie Rovsek, which means we could see them pop up during season 12. Oddly enough, Lydia has also separately been spotted out with Gretchen, Peggy, and Lizzie, what a tangled little web.
I for one am all about Bravo bringing back Lydia, Alexis, Gretchen, and even Lizzie who I adore. I think they would make a great mix with Shannon, Vicki, Tamra, and dare I say it, Kelly. Can you imagine the fun and the drama?? It’s like the perfect RHOC storm.
