If you think back to previous RHONJ seasons you will recall Melissa and Joe building a strip mall (I mean home) in Franklin Lakes. Melissa at the time was eager to get away from Teresa and their new home was supposed to be even bigger and better than their current one.
As we all know, drama was involved with the sale of their home (along with some beavers) and ultimately Joe and Melissa decided to stay put. Their Franklin Lakes home wasn’t completely finished and was put on the market for $2.65 million. The house has reportedly sold, selling for close to asking price. The home is ridiculously huge (9,500 sq. feet) and must have a very wealthy buyer as the upkeep alone has to be an astronomical cost.
The home is quite grand and is located in Franklin Lakes (which we often see on RHONJ.) The home has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and sits on a 1 acre corner lot:

The home is beautiful but not my taste – no way do I need something that large even if I had the money. Joey is quite proud of his work as he bragged on TV that Gorga homes were going to go down in the history books:
“A Joe Gorga house is impeccable. When you open up those history books and you look in Rome, that’s what I build. I just have that gift. I’m the Michelangelo of New Jersey of building homes.”
