Meghan King Edmonds has been a force since the day she stepped on the RHOC scene. Last season we saw her go head-to-head with the OG of the OC Vicki Gunvalson, over her alleged involvement in ex-boyfriend Brooks’ cancer scheme.
This season the two have made up, but in this week’s Bravo Blog Meghan bashes Vicki for trying to give back to the Kill All Cancer Charity. Meghan went so far as to call Vicki’s commercial “contrived” and “forced.” She chose to not comment on the rest of her co-stars story lines, and spent the rest of her blog explaining her newest business venture; K Hall designs, the candle company she and Jimmy are working with.
I hope y’all tuned in to Watch What Happens Live after this week’s episode. I had so much fun with Reza and commented on quite a few things that happened during the episode. If you missed it, you can watch some of the scenes here: Watch What Happens Live.
I’ve been so excited for everyone to see the grand opening of K Hall Designs. It was even more exciting to be able to share my ultra sound picture with everyone at the opening! I think my excitement over being pregnant with one baby is obvious. Of course, I was still upset about the loss of the second embryo, but I wanted to grieve with only Jimmy and not let my sadness overshadow my excitement for my pregnancy. It took me months before I felt able to openly talk about it, and in no way does this take away from my love for my baby daughter (if you follow me on social media you know how thrilled I am to be pregnant with my baby girl).
The frozen peas scene and the flashback to last year’s Minute Rice scene make me laugh. They’re just honest mistakes, but I’ve been trying and gradually becoming a better cook! Grateful for Postmates when the cooking fails, though!
I’ve seen lots of different opinions on Vicki’s cancer charity commercial and it’s still just so weird for me. It seems contrived and forced for her to be doing a commercial like that after everything that happened last season. Don’t you agree? You can see my full reaction to the commercial on WWHL.
I love how interested everyone has been in K Hall Designs and our candles! Jimmy and I are both very involved in K Hall, especially Jimmy as a Vice President, and we are expanding all the time. All of our candles are made by hand in our St. Louis facility. Maybe we should take a tour next season! You can purchase our scents online atkhalldesigns.com or in hundreds of retailers around the globe including everything from Anthropologie, Macy’s Bloomies, to mom and pop boutiques. If you want a classic scent, I recommend the milk or original scent, my favorite fall scent is fir and grapefruit and my favorite floral scent is honeysuckle.
I found her blog to be extremely selfish and annoying, and while Meghan is growing on me this season; I have to admit she is far from my favorite! There was so much for her to comment on, that’s what the blogs are for; yet she is STILL trying to sell us candles! Talk about your baby, your friend’s drunk husband, Heather and Terry’s book; something other than candles and cancer!
