Joanna may look like an angel; however thanks to Brandi Glanville people are now constantly questioning if she smells like one.

Though most of us (me included) have stated that this is the most ridiculous case of the decade; Joanna’s lawyer is speaking out as to why Joanna deserves big money and why Brandi should put her money where her mouth is.

Most recently, a judge set a January date to hear the motion and Ray Rafool, Joanna’s lawyer, has something to say about it.

Speaking with the Miami Herald Rafool defends Joanna’s decision to move forward and why the case against Brandi is legit:

“Everywhere Joanna goes someone brings it up. She’s trying to save the cougars in California, and wisecracks about female scent spring up.”

In Joanna’s defense – this would get old real fast! Joanna makes a living on her sexy image so I can see the damage Brandi’s reckless comments could have caused.

Her lawyer stated that it doesn’t stop there adding, “People come to her husband and say to him ‘I heard your wife’s xx smells bad’ What do you do? In a civilized society, you don’t get into a fistfight over it. You go to court.”

On the opposing side, Brandi’s lawyer defends her client stating that it was a joke at best and it could be considered an opinion as opposed to a defamatory statement. Whatever side you’re on I think we all can agree Brandi needs to filter that unfiltered mouth and this may be the oddest case this poor judge has ever seen!

Who do you think will win? Should Brandi pay up or should Joanna drop it?
