Kelly Dodd’s first clubhouse appearance was anything but fun! If you recall she was a guest with flipping out star Jenni Pulos, who is also close friends with Shannon Beador. This was the same night as the epic 1970’s party from hell, so of course Jenni questioned Kelly on her RHOC antics and made it clear she was backing her friend on this one!
She recently opened up about the WWHL episode and said she was only doing the right thing and sticking up for her “loyal friend” Shannon Beador, who has never been anything but supportive to her.
It appears that Jenni was speaking out on the incident in order to clear up exactly what happened and clear her name; she took some heat on social media after the WWHL episode! “I had questions sure but I didn’t mean to – you know, some people on social media said that I attacked her. I just think I was asking questions about things that happened, but I did say to her at the end, ‘I really think that you both should kind of find your happy place. Make it right.’”
She further explained, “I’m surprised at some of the things that were said that were untrue about before the show because there was actually things that happened which we don’t need to get into. But you know what, you have to take what people say and move on because I know what really happened.”
Jenni also confirmed that she had Shannon have been friends for a few years and are close. “I stuck up for my friend because she’s been through a lot with it and you’ll see that. But some things that she said were untrue with what happened that night, so I don’t want to blow it up again. I just want it to be done,” Jenni clarified.
Bravo should have never booked Kelly with one of Shannon’s friends; she didn’t get a fair shot with Andy, or the viewers. Typically the night of a huge blow-up like that, the wife whose on as a guest gets to set the record straight with the viewers; most RHOC fans thought less of her after that episode. The only thing I actually remember was her tension with Jenni. I wonder if we’ll ever find out what actually happened that night; I’m thinking Jenni isn’t allowed to talk about it, per Bravo.
