Yolanda Hadid has had a tough journey. From her mysterious battle with Lyme disease, to her public divorce with David Hadid to the questioning of her illness – it has been a bumpy road. Despite making headway in her recovery, Yolanda has made it known that her journey is far from over.
Most recently, Yo has come forward with an an anti-inflammatory diet aimed to keep her Lyme symptoms to a minimum. Among her “yes” foods are carrots, strawberries, cashews, almonds, chia seeds, raspberries, green beans, leafy greens….and of course lemons!
Among the “no” foods that can lead to inflammation include processed foods, friend foods and refined grains. Anti-inflammatory diets are aimed at boosting immunity and battling against disease.
Yolanda is also taking this a step further doing the infamous master cleanse which is described as a:
“juice fast that permits no food, substituting tea and lemonade made with maple syrup and cayenne pepper. Proponents claim that the diet detoxifies the body and removes excess fat.”
Yolanda recently shared the following photo of her diet with the caption: “When life gives you lemons, you use them…..”
Yolanda also posted a photo of Colorado scenery showing that she is healing out west and continues to provide all of her focus on getting well:
I think it’s smart that Yolanda is focusing on health and not the drama of RHOBH which is currently filming. We reported that David Foster may be making some cameos next season and she really doesn’t need to involve herself with all of that petty drama.
