Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice recently sat down and interviewed each other for ET. During their interview, Teresa and Melissa asked each other some hard hitting questions about the upcoming seventh season of the Real Housewives of New Jersey.
The interview kicks off with Melissa asking Teresa, “Did you cry when you watched it?” After Melissa had revealed,“I watched the first episode, and I cried.”
Teresa admitted that she to cried, saying “Yeah, it was hard for me to watch.”
In the first episode of season 7, we witness Teresa’s emotional return home from prison after being away for almost 11-months.
In a clip from Bravo, we get a sneak peek of the preparations taking place in the Giudice home on the morning of Teresa’s return.
Teresa’s joy is short lived because shortly after her return home the family must prepare for Joe’s incarnation.
Melissa asks if fans will see Joe as he heads to prison, Teresa reveals yes but says “just as we are walking out.” Making it clear that the private moments leading up to Joe heading to prison we kept off camera.
Teresa goes on to say that despite it all she and Joe’s relationship is stronger than ever and that they are even sending some x-rated emails back and forth since Joe’s been in prison. “We’re married 16 years, and I just can’t wait for him to get home. I think it’s just going to spice up our marriage even more. Even when I came home, it’s like falling in love all over again.”
Both Melissa and Teresa revealed that despite their willingness to share their personal lives on TV, they do not make their children film for the show.
“If our children don’t want to film we do not make them. If they are in the mood they can come in the room and if their not they don’t have to,” Melissa explains.
While Melissa and Teresa may be getting along great these days, there’s still plenty of drama between the other Housewives.
Melissa says she would describe season 7 as “crazy,” saying that Teresa and Jacqueline go at it the most this season.
“I think that you and Jacqueline go at it a couple of times, and then Jacqueline and I go at it,” Melissa said.
“The show needs drama, and someone is always stirring it up behind the scenes,” Melissa revealed. Perhaps that was a dig at Jacqueline, who is rumored to have stirred up a lot of behind the scenes drama this season.
As for the RHONJ newbies, Melissa says, “Obviously Dolores we’ve known her forever. And I think Siggy is in the room. She is here and will be like I am here, hear my roar.”
Is it Sunday yet? I CANNOT wait for Sunday and finally have RHONJ back in my life! So excited! Plus I love that Melissa and Teresa are finally on the same side.
