The highly anticipated premiere season of RHOD is nearing the end and to say that fans have been disappointed is an understatement. I’ve remained a total optimist about the show, thinking that it will get better week after week, only to be disappointed! With ratings consistently dropping it’s clear that other viewers feel the same, only they’ve stopped tuning in! There’s been a lot of chatter if the show will even get a season 2, and for a while I thought that maybe they would, however with the most recent revelations I’m afraid they are toast!
Carrie Deuber was hinting on twitter recently about a big trip and event she had coming up with her co-stars! It was clear to fans that she was talking about the reunion and everyone was shocked when the RHOD cast showed up all over social media in NYC! With a make-up free selfie yesterday morning she confirmed that it was reunion day!
Not only that, it looks like Tiffany Hendra, LeAnn Locken, and their men all headed to NYC together and they couldn’t resist sharing a picture, and letting us know why they were headed to The Big Apple!
Stephanie Hollman added a picture while getting ready and asked for some prayers, she’s going to need them! Her BFF Brandi Redmond also posted about prayers, adding an older picture of her and Stephanie from WWHL; these two will have each others backs all day!
Cary’s makeup artist added a group shot and all of the ladies looked good but overall I wasn’t super impressed. I think that Cary’s look might be my favorite (at least from the side) because it’s something different; odds are Marc picked out her dress (weird)!
The Daily Dish posted the seating chart for the RHOD reunion and it’s no surprise that Brandi and LeeAnn are right next to Andy, opposite each other!
Following the reunion Stephanie and Cary teased that the reunion was a “storm” and for us to “get our popcorn ready!” These ladies know they are on the chopping block and I’m sure they all really brought it for the reunion; we’ll just have to wait and see if they were too late!
Apparently there is one die-hard RHOD fan out there, and he is PISSED at the thought of a RHOD reunion in the club house with Andy! He went so far as to say a reunion in the clubhouse is not a “real” reunion, and I have to agree! Tiffany actually liked this tweet, so clearly she feels slighted by Bravo as well!
While Andy Cohen is a very busy man it doesn’t say much for the future of the franchise if he wouldn’t even move around his schedule for a proper sit-down reunion in the ladies home state! Bravo’s lack of investment in the RHOD reunion supports reports of the show being axed after just one season; bye bye Dallas!
