The Real Housewives of Potomac - RHOP

Robyn Dixon’s Home is on the Market After Foreclosure!

More bad news for RHOP’s Robyn Dixon!

The Washington Post is reporting that the family home of Juan and Robyn seen on RHOP is on the market after being foreclosed on in 2015.

The home is described as a “3,800-square foot colonial” and was reportedly bought for $725,000. It was their family home for 14 years and is now selling for a reportedly $715,000. A source says that the home is “priced to sell”.

Robyn and ex-hubby Juan filed for bankruptcy in 2o13. I can appreciate that they have been honest and upfront about their struggles as we’ve seen others pretend like everything is perfect despite personal struggles. On RHOP, we’ve seen Robyn sell her wedding dress saying that “every bit helps” along with nosey neighbor Ashley googling them and gossiping about their financial situation.

Robyn recently spoke with Ok Magazine about the state of their current finances saying that they were “back on track”; however have not yet reached the finish line.

“It’s not perfect. It’s not where I want it. We are still dealing with repercussions from everything that’s happened to us.”

I think Robyn has dealt with her financial issues in a classy manner as she seems to be doing what she can to get her family back on track and even confronted Ashley in an honest manner. I’m sure joining the show was seen as a financial opportunity for Robyn as well! Although we don’t know the details Robyn has hinted that a number of factors contributed to their bankruptcy and not just ‘living outside their means.’

What are your thoughts on Robyn so far? How do you think she has handled her financial situation on the show?
