Defense Mode; Erika Girardi Claims The Women Are Shifting The Blame To Her For Their Behavior Towards Yolanda & Defends Shutting Down The Conversation At Her After Party

Erika Girardi got her first taste of housewives drama this week on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills when Lisa Rinna called her out for telling Yolanda Foster that Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle were questioning her children’s Lyme disease. Erika completely denied telling Yolanda anything, and in her interview she defended that decision by not wanting to ruin her after-party.

The other women pretty much knew she was not telling the truth, and the vibe of the party was ruined regardless. Lisa Rinna called Erika a p*ssy Tuesday night in her interview, something that did not sit well with Erika. This week in her Bravo Blog Erika defended her decision to not admit that she told Yolanda, and claims the women are shifting blame onto her, when it’s their fault for continuing to talk about Yolanda and her health!

First off, I am not a pussy or a liar. I never said that Lisa Rinna was the one who said anything about Yolanda’s children.
I am, however, protective of my friend. When Yolanda asked me what happened at the BBQ, I told her that Kyle and Lisa Vanderpump were talking about Anwar and Bella. ?What Yolanda goes and does with that information, I do not know. She obviously has every right to confront people who were talking about her children, and she did so without my knowledge. ?Confronting or attempting to ambush me in my room, at my party, after my performance seems rather contrived. “Getting to the bottom” of this seems to be of great concern to these women, yet no one would be talking about this if it wasn’t for them questioning/talking about Yolanda and her kids in the first place.
After mulling it over and being the great detectives they are, they realize it’s me who told Yolanda what happened at the BBQ. So what? She’s my friend, she asked what happened, and I told her. Let’s not try to shift the blame on to me in order to detract from their behavior (Munchausen, kids, etc.). No one in this room needs to pretend to be the victim. These women are not stupid and are quite aware of every move they make and every word they say.
As far as me “shutting down” this conversation…yes it should be shut down, the whole thing. No more talking about the validity of Yolanda’s illness and no more talking about her children’s health. This is not acceptable and it is not the way “friends” treat each other.
?I do hope you enjoyed my show. It is such a good time, and I hope you check my schedule to see if I’m performing in a city close to you. Come out, have some fun and dance. Life is too short to focus on the bullsh–.

See you next Tuesday…

At first I thought it was ridiculous that Erika would lie about telling Yolanda, but reading her blog I do agree; a party she was hosting, after her show, was not the right time to bring this situation up. It will be interesting to see when Erika comes clean; given she was filmed telling Yolanda what happened at Kyle’s BBQ, she will have to tell the girls the truth. Do you think she planned on coming clean all along, or did she only decide to come clean once she remembered she told Yolanda on camera? Either way this drama is just getting started!

Congratulations to Erika on a great show in San Diego!

Thought’s on Erika’s blog? What do you think about Erika lying to the girls? Why do you think Yolanda shifted the blame onto Lisa Rinna? What did you think of Erika Jayne’s performance? What did you think about this week’s episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills?
