Kyle is the proud mom of four daughters and the wife of one of the hottest husbands in the Housewives franchise! It would be easy to be envious of Kyle; however Kyle has stated that she works for everything she has including her business, marriage and her figure!
Kyle has mentioned that staying Beverly Hills slim doesn’t come easy to her and she really has to work to maintain her shape. Kyle spoke with People Magazine to discuss what she does to stay fit and keep her problem area in check – which she claims is her “muffin top”.
Kyle does standard workouts such as Barry’s Boot Camp, Soul Cycle, yoga and hiking; however also mixes in some of the crazy Beverly Hills treatments that we can expect from a RHOBH!
Kyle recently tried a FDA-approved procedure called SculpSure. The procedure involves lasers and is claimed to zap fat in just under 30 minutes! Well sign me up!
“I mean, who wouldn’t do that? It literally is so easy,” Richards said, noting that the SculpSure was painless and felt like wearing a heating pad. “I want to do my entire body from head to toe!”
Kyle (also the busy mom) gets in workouts when she can saying:
“A lot of times when I’m rushing, I drop my kids off at school and I’ll just leave my car at school and loop this very steep hill there and back because I know it’s a lot of bang for my buck.”.
Although the results aren’t a bad side effect, Kyle says she doesn’t just work out in order to look good:
“I’m really into being healthy because I lost both my parents to cancer, so I’m really scared of those things.”
Kyle also added that she avoids the tempting crash diets and goes for organic fruits, vegetables and salmon instead.
As for working out with Mauricio, “We used to work out together more, but lately our schedules are so crazy that I tend to work out in the morning and then he’ll come home and use the boxing machine in our house at like 9:30 at night,” she said, laughing. “I’m like, I can’t even move my head off the pillow at 9:30 at night sometimes!”
