The dust has settled on The Real Housewives of Orange County season 10, and already Bravo is focused on which way to go for season 11! There are so many different directions the next season could go on, so what is production going to do?
According to Mr. Real Housewife, “Production is definitely interested in picking up where they left off. It will be interesting to see how they deal with the situation surrounding Vicki and what went down.” Last week it was reported that Bravo put the cast on “media lockdown,” because they planned on bringing Vicki back, and couldn’t have the women tarnishing her name any further!
“It’s almost guaranteed all of the women will be back,” the source confirms. “As Bravo definitely will want to see how these relationships pan out after such an explosive last season.” This seems like a great idea to me, but they might want to start filming ASAP before the dust settles on Brooks Ayers and all of the drama that “cancer-gate” brought about.
Speaking of Brooks, the insider shares “Fans can expect not to see Brooks,” the source continues, “As him and Vicki are done and having him appear would not be good for either of their images.” Well, at least Bravo knows that the viewers no longer want to see that shyster on their TV’s anymore!
The insider concluded that, “It may also make sense for Bravo to look for one additional person to bring into the mix to be on Vicki’s side, as most of the women are against her after last season.” I think this is a great idea; I would even be supportive of Jeana’s return! Her and Vicki are tight again, and she’s at a very transitional point in her life. I’d prefer a new wife, one opposite of Meghan King Edmonds. Bravo execs have their work cut out for them with whomever they choose; I think the RHOC ladies have proven they are not very welcoming to new blood!
What do you think about production’s decision to leave off at last season’s story line? Do you think RHOC needs new blood? Any suggestions?
