Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice have a rocky relationship to put it mildly. Let’s be real, Teresa and Melissa may not be BFFs, but they are certainly in a much better place than they have been in the past. Many still wonder why Melissa hasn’t visited Teresa in prison.
On Sunday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live! Joe Gorga was asked by a fan if Melissa has visited Teresa in prison, and his response was that she wasn’t on the approved list.
Following WWHL, Melissa took to Twitter to defend herself when a fan tweeted at her saying “shame she hasn’t visited yet.”
Melissa fired back saying, “I’m not on approved list. Or I would love too.”
Quickly, Teresa Giudice’s fan page chimed in, surprisingly sticking up for Melissa. “@melissagorga @sarakaur @Teresa_Giudice Approvals take a while to do, and I am sure Melissa would rather have the girls go see their mom!”
The support was appreciated by Melissa as she replied saying, “@Team_Giudice @sarakaur @Teresa_Giudice exactly!”
Teresa’s fan page then encouraged fans to avoid causing drama and petty rumors about Melissa and Teresa’s relationship. “@melissagorga @sarakaur @Teresa_Giudice So let’s not start something for the sake of T/J’s parents. This family needs the peace!”
