It seems that Ladies of London stars Annabelle Neilson and Caroline Stanbury have gone from friendly to foes just like that. Annabelle made her opinion of Caroline crystal clear in her Bravo blog this week. In her blog Annabelle, opens up about Caroline’s “ungracious” apology retraction and why she thinks her co-stars need to be pitbulls and not pawns.
After, Caroline spent New Years Eve insulting her good friend and co-star Jules, she was in need of a big ride on the apology train. As quickly as Caroline gave her apology, she retracted it even faster. According to Annabelle, Caroline’s apology retraction was “stupid, ungracious, unnecessary and wrong. She knows damn well it meant a lot to Jules and the way it looks is that Caroline doesn’t want to look weak or that she’s lost some silly row with Jules.”
Annabelle believes that Caroline has put the other ladies down thus turning them in pawns and making them afraid of her. “You know, the truth is I don’t really know why they all seem so intimidated, but I think it may be that Caroline put’s the girls down in a sort of passive-aggressive way but with a laugh and a smile…so they feel this subtle kind of hurt, and then they get scared!! Also Caroline does have bubbles, Sophie and Caroline Fleming as well as an up and down fireball in Juliet – sort of as these little pawns and she can use them when in need, to back her up…”
For things to change Annabelle thinks her co-stars need to stand up for themselves. “I think they all need to start standing up for themselves if they want this situation for them individually to change. Find your inner pitbull and stop being a pawn…”
Are you surprised Annabelle was so critical of Caroline? Do you think Caroline puts her co-stars down? Should the ladies stand up to Caroline?
