Although it was recently reported that Kim Zolciak will no longer be competing on Dancing with the Stars, the reality star is on the defense. Kim is responding to claims that her mini stroke was a hoax to get her off of the show, and has taken to social media to slam those who are doubting her.
Kim checked herself into the hospital last week for a mini stroke after landing home in Atlanta from her DWTS performance. She updated fans along the way about her health. Doctor’s discovered that Kim had an underlying heart issue that had to be addressed immediately. After a final procedure was done, Kim was released and thanked her fans for the love and support.
However, talk show host Wendy Wiliams is accusing Kim of possibly faking her mini stroke to get off of DWTS, where she has since been forced to withdraw. Kim blasted Wendy via Instagram, and posted the following photo, where a Wendy Williams employee is seen asking Kim if she would be interested in a live Skype interview for Monday, September 28th. According to Kim’s caption, it appears that Kim had declined to do the interview and feels that Wendy was “mad” about it which proceeded her to accuse Kim of wanting to quit the show. Kim wrote, “Absolutely appalling!! @wendywilliams how disgusting for you to insinuate I “faked” my mini stroke on your show this morning!! You mad cause I didn’t come on your show! This clearly shows your warped mentality!!”
On her show, Wendy spoke about Kim’s mini stroke during hot topics. Wendy began by saying, “Kim, my thought is, I hope you’re not fibbing about the stroke. I too wanted to get off Dancing with the Stars.”
Wendy added that she was sorry to hear if Kim truly had a mini stroke at 37 years old, but if it was a plot to get off of DWTS, then she simply should have “stubbed her toe.”
Thoughts on Kim being criticized for her health scare??
