The Real Housewives of New Jersey will premiere later this year and Teresa Giudice is set to make her return. Other cast members have yet to be confirmed, and it is now being reported that cast members who have been asked back are demanding a bigger paycheck. Teresa has signed a million dollar contract for the upcoming season of the show, and the other ladies believe they are worth it too.
A source tells Radar Online that Melissa Gorga, Dina Manzo, Jacqueline Laurita, and Carolina Manzo, want to be payed just as much as Teresa is by Bravo. The source reveals that the women are, “disgusted that Teresa is getting such a huge paycheck, especially since she is a convicted felon! It sends a very bad message to their fans that crime does indeed pay.”
The source also mentions, “Teresa’s sister-in-law, Melissa is demanding a significant raise, and wants to be paid $1 million too. Dina Manzo is also seeking a bump in pay.” While another source adds, “Jacqueline wanted to be paid as much as Teresa too.”
Caroline Manzo was reportedly asked to return to the show, and the source says, “She is going to be holding out for a big offer, and she isn’t ready to sign back up for all the crazy drama that comes with being on the show.”
The source adds that twins Teresa Aprea and Nicole Napolitano have not been asked to return to the show saying, “The twins were boring, and didn’t do anything to increase ratings for the show.”
Do you think the women should get a pay raise to star in RHONJ??
