With all that has happened to Kim Richards over the past few months, some good may finally start to happen. Kim exited rehab recently after 30 days rather than the three months she was supposed to stay for, and reports had surfaced that she was skipping her outpatient sessions already. Those in and close to her program began fearing for her sobriety. However, she may be doing okay after all.
TMZ caught up with Kim as she left Madeo in Beverly Hills. They asked her how she was feeling and how she was doing with her sobriety.
“It’s going great,” Kim happily said. “[I’m] loving my sobriety.”
Hopefully, Kim is telling the truth and she is really doing well. She has always been known to downplay the struggles with her sobriety and maintain that she does not need help.
Due to the troubles Kim has gone through over the last few months, it has been reported that she will not return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in any capacity next season.
Kim was also asked what advice she would give to the new housewives joining the show to replace her, Brandi Glanville, and possibly Yolanda Foster. All Kim could say was “good luck” before the man she was with cut her off and told her they should get in the car.
Are you happy to hear from Kim? Do you think she will have an easier time maintaining her sobriety now that she is off of RHOBH?
