Good news for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards! She has completed her 30 day stay in rehab. Kim has had a rocky road to recovery, but sources close to Kim are worried her sobriety may not last.
Radar Online reports Kim has completed her stay in treatment.
According to the well-connected insider, “Kim left the inpatient program. But she will continue to do outpatient.”
Kim was supposed to stay in the treatment center in Malibu for three months. She has checked out after a month because Kim believes she is cured.
“She said that she was finally cured and is ready to get on with her life because she has so many projects right now and in-patient rehab does not fit into her schedule,” said the source.
Kim was warned that she should stay in treatment for the full three months to ensure she can stay sober.
The source continued, “Almost everyone in the program told her that it was not a good idea to leave treatment early, that she could relapse, but she didn’t listen.”
Kim entered rehab due to her arrest at the Beverly Hills Hotel. She took a leave to attend her daughter’s wedding in Mexico, but was M.I.A. for a few days after and refused to return to treatment. Once she finally did, it was reported that she has been fired from season six of RHOBH as a full-time cast member.
We wish Kim the best of luck on her sobriety.
Are you surprised to hear that Kim left treatment after a month rather than staying for the full three months?
