The Real Housewives of New Jersey have yet to announce any official casting changes to the show. It has been confirmed that Teresa Giudice will be joining the show when she finishes her prison sentence later this year. Former Housewives were rumored to return to the franchise this upcoming season, but there is one former cast member that viewers can be sure to not see again.
Although Danielle was only on The Real Housewives of New Jersey for the first two seasons, she had a big impact on the overall tone of the show. Her cast members and viewers singled her out as the villain of the show, which ultimately drove Danielle to no longer continue with the franchise.
Reports claimed that producers of RHONJ wanted to revamp the tone of the show, as these past couple of seasons have been filled with very personal family drama. With that being said, Danielle may not be the best candidate for RHONJ, particularly not for this upcoming season.
Real Mr. Housewife has now exclusively learned the status of Danielle and whether or not she will return to the show. A production insider reveals, “Danielle will definitely not be back. Although there were talks of her possibly coming back, production ended up deciding that her storyline is old news and there’s not enough public interest in her anymore.”
It appears that production wants to focus on Teresa’s return from prison for season seven, to pave the path for a more joyus tone for season eight. Bringing back Danielle will not fit right in regards to the direction RHONJ is planning to take.
Would you want to see Danielle return to RHONJ in the future??
