Alexis Bellino And Husband Sued For Dangerous Business

Even though former Real Housewives of Orange County star Alexis Bellino has been off of the show for a few years, there is no shortage of drama in her life. Instead of having drama with the other OC housewives, Alexis and her husband Jim are now being sued for their business.

Radar Online reports that a woman named Tisha Harman is suing the Bellinos for their Sky Zone business.

“Harman is claiming that she sustained injuries due to negligence on the part of Jim and Alexis,” Radar Online reports. “She says that she was injured when her foot got caught under protective padding at the edge of a trampoline. She says that her injuries could have been prevented had there been proper training for staff and patrons, reasonable safety precautions, and adequate warnings of danger. Furthermore, she claims that the Bellinos did not prevent the park from getting over-crowded, and had defective equipment and improper padding.”

The Bellino’s business is located in Anaheim, California, and it is described as an indoor trampoline park. It is designed to give visitors a great workout with activities such as open jumping and ultimate dodgeball.

Viewers saw Alexis and Jim begin this business towards the end of her time on RHOC. Now, it could cost them as Harman is seeking monetary damages for hospital and medical bills, lost wages, and inability to earn future wages.

What do you think of the charges against Alexis and Jim? Do you believe their business is really unsafe? Do you think they will win or lose this fight?
