Real Housewives of New York star Ramona Singer is single and ready to mingle! Ramona, who is starting a new business venture by opening a NYC based restaurant called AOA Bar & Grill, is also venturing out into the dating world after splitting from her husband Mario earlier this year.
While teasing her newest business venture Ramona opened up about how she hopes this project will help her love life as well.
“I love food, and I love being social,” she tells the New York Post. “I’m single, and spend a lot of time alone now. I’m not going on JDate and Match—and gyms are no longer the place where you go to meet people. Neither are fancy restaurants.”
Ramona also urges other singles to use AOA as a place to mingle and hang in hopes of finding that special someone.
“If you are sitting in the back corner table of a fancy restaurant, you are not going to meet anyone,” she says. “But if you are at a sports bar and grill you stand around and you will meet people—socially, professionally—it’s a win-win for everyone. People will be out there mingling, like they are at a party.”
Ramona has had quite a difficult year with her husband’s cheating scandal and then her marriage ending. Hopefully Ramona can find happiness in this new business and in love.
