Following her cancelled “A Mother’s Love” tour and comments that she wants to have a baby with hubby Todd Tucker, fans buzzed that Kandi might be pregnant. Mama Tucker shut down the story, but there was no comment from Kandi herself… until now!
The Atlanta Housewife appeared on the Russ Par Morning Show, where she officially denied the rumors saying, “I have all this stuff going on. Once things happen and I’m blessed with the situation, I’ll figure it out. Don’t we all?” As far as I know, we haven’t had any luck getting pregnant. I’ve been seeing people tweeting…but I haven’t confirmed that.”
In August, Kandi revealed that she and Todd were both open to expanding their family, which includes Kandi’s daughter Riley and Todd’s daughter Kaela, both from previous relationships.
“I always wanted to have a son. With girls, you’re scared somebody’s going to take advantage of them or something. I just feel like boys are easier. You don’t have to worry as much.”
So if Kandi and Todd aren’t expecting… just what happened to their cancelled tour? Kandi explains, “Everyone was so disappointed and upset. We got so many great reviews in that first week. The cast was disappointed; all our fans were disappointed. Normally, Todd and I like to control everything…in this situation, we handed it over to a promoter. It’s like you’re giving your baby to somebody, and you realize they didn’t do right. Basically, he just wasn’t equipped to handle the tour.”
Are you surprised the tour was cancelled?
