In a new report from TMZ, Joe and Teresa will erase more than $13 million in debts! They have paid $7,500 to creditors and according to documents, Teresa and Joe have almost no equity in a lot of their belongings!

-2 properties with no equity
-Maserati, Escalade, a Ford 350 with no equity in them
-Boat, Kawsaki quad, 2 go carts with no equity
The 5 banks which loaned Teresa and Joe a couple more than a million bucks will walk away with nothing. Wachovia Bank got shafted of $5.3 million.
