So far on this season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, we have gotten to learn more about Kenya Moore’s childhood, and her nonexistent relationship with her birth mother. Although Kenya didn’t have the best childhood, that isn’t stopping her from wanting to be a mom herself. Check out what Kenya had to say to Life & Style about having kids
“I plan to have (one) next year. Within the next six months, I hope to be pregnant. I’m going to do in vitro. I just have to figure out whose sperm to use! I have some options. I wouldn’t mind having a modern family. I want to give my baby the childhood I never had. I want to be there for my children, and I want them to know they aren’t invisible.”
I think it’s nice that Kenya wants to have a baby, but I do think she should go to therapy and deal with the issues she has because of her mom before she does. It’s easy to say what kind of mom you’ll be when you don’t have kids, but it’s a different story when they are born. Thoughts on Kenya wanting a baby? Do you think she is ready?
