Heather finds out that Lydia and Alexis used to be neighbors and are still in touch, so she automatically gets concerned that they are alike! It’s really interesting how producers always come up with ways to introduce new cast members seamlessly, but we all know how staged these meetings are! But I guess it’s got to happen somehow.
