Returning RHOM housewife Adriana de Moura and newcomer Lisa Hochstein recently chatted to the Hollywood Reporter about what is to come for season 2 of the revamped series! The ladies promise a lot of drama including ego clashes and physical altercations!
Adriana reveals, “The new castmembers obviously bring new blood and excitement and interaction, and with that comes a lot more drama than we had on season one.” Adriana adds that the Miami lifestyle becomes a bigger part of the show and will portray the social lifestyle of the ladies. “Miami becomes a character this season where the city is really portrayed like it hasn’t been before. You will see a lot of fashion and glamour and the lifestyle of the people that make Miami the scene that it is,” said Adriana.
The Housewives trip this season will be to the Bahamas and the women reveal that they had to stay indoors due to a rainstorm. Of the trip, Adriana says, “We got rained on, and there was more drama because we were inside the house all the time, Imagine when all these women with huge egos are confined in a space for several days. It only brings out the worst in everybody.” Lisa adds, “A lot of things were revealed on the Bimini trip.”
Lisa Hochstein, wife of Miami’s “Boob God”, reveals she was referred by friends and knew Joanna, Lea and Adriana prior to the show. This season she hosts a charity lingerie event that erupts into a physical altercation. “When you have booze and lingerie, there’s going to be drama and jealousy and cat fights.” Lisa adds that the cast all have individual, huge personalities. “I think everyone kind of has their own way of causing drama in one way or another,” Lisa says. “I think all of us are equal opportunists. When you have that many women together, there’s definitely going to be drama, especially with all of the egos and the personalities. There was never a dull moment.”
Ahhh! These women sound ruthless no matter who you are and I can not wait to see all that unfolds. It’ll be like a Latin soap opera with these spicy ladies. RHOM premieres tonight on Bravo. Will you be tuning in to see the relationships of the new women?
