Contrary to recent reports from the landlord Kendra Davis, RHOA star Kim Zolciak insists she is not being evicted from her Atlanta home! Sources tell TMZ that Kim and Kroy rented the giant mansion and planned on buying it but changed their mind when an appraiser told her the $3-million list price was overvalued by a million bucks!
Apparently when Kim said no, Kendra and her hubby got angry and has been publicly trashing Kim via twitter saying Kim was getting evicted! Kim says she never missed one rent payment and her landlord is just using Kim’s name for her own 15-minutes of fame!
So what will Kim do now? She’s voluntarily moving out, paying whats left, and renting a different place while her and Kroy build their dream pad! Landlord is crazy to think she could get away with selling a house $1-million over! Do you believe Kim is “voluntarily” moving out?
