Now, that said, Wasn’t Tre great! The aftershow was wonderful compared to the live aired portion. I loved how Andy said that people come out to see Tre at the booksignings. And that comment comes from the bookstores that hold the events for he. her fans go mental over her:) I just love love Tre. There is something about that girl… she is just my favorite, big time over and above any celebrity I enjoy now. The word game they played was fun. Juicy was funny, my goodness they are just good TV.
did you see Jac had to interject by twittering or calling during the show to say she was proud of Juicy for taking back his slurrs. She simply cannot let Teresa alone.
I really hope they give Tre a show, because she is fun fun fun. Hyckle and Jyde! hilarious! I know old sourpuss would be scrunching her middle aged face to hear this. But the Guidices are good entertainment and its clear they love each other. Made me happy to watch them.

She knew two months in advance of taping that they were joining the show. She had numerous conversations with them about it after she was told, up to and including many where she out-and-out threatened Melissa.
After making everyone in her family, her parents included, absolutely miserable about this, she decided to show up at the Christening and ruin the day for everyone else.
If I were the Gorgas I would have barred the door; apparently ruining family events is par for the course with these two half-wits.
Watching Caroline take Teresa was like watching a boxer in the ring, or a master pool player playing pool. She kicked Teresa’s ass up and down Main Street and then kicked it some more. The lioness finally roared, and I loved that she so thoroughly enjoyed doing it.
It looks like next season much more pleasant times are forthcoming. I’m looking forward to having the show be focused on the NON-criminal Gorgas, Wakiles, Manzos and Lauritas. Call me crazy, but I really LIKE watching reality shows about happy families.

I have never posted on this or any other blog concerning any of the housewife shows; however, I have been reading the posts on this blog almost since its inception. What has prompted me to post a comment are some of the comments posted by Samantha.
I am neither pro nor con any of the New Jersey housewives; they are all flawed, some more grievously than others.I will admit that Teresa has managed to impress me with her apparent willingness to assume responsibility for the survival of her family. An Italian expression for doing so is “tir a compar”;loosely translated it means “strive to live”. She may be verbally challenged and extremely prone to malapropisms, but she is apparently astute enough to surround herself with people who make up for the qualities she lacks. This has enabled her to become a fairly successful entrepreneur, which very likely has engendered a great deal of envy from the other housewives on the show. She has been smart enough to utilize the cooking skills and family recipes to make her financially successful as opposed to fulfilling some fantasy based on a non existent talent.
Sometimes posters with a negative view tend to express either anger, hostility, or both,in an inappropriate manner. Often their remarks are not always grammatically correct or particularly articulate, but for the most part they are strong, emotionally charged expressions without being unnecessarily cruel.
Samantha’s remarks, however, reflect a deep seated hatred toward Teresa, and he/she seems to derive a great deal of pleasure out of expressing them in a scathing and caustic manner. He/She appears to delight in cruelty not only toward this particular housewife, but toward any poster who defends her. In fact, he/she is really mocking almost all the posters, the majority of whom are women. He/She knows exactly how to push their buttons, and does so deliberately, maliciously, and very coldly.
I have used both male and female pronouns in referring to Samantha because I am uncertain of his/her gender regardless of the fact that he/she posts under a feminine name. Of course I may be wrong, but I suspect that Samantha could very well be a very articulate, well educated gay man who is getting pleasure posting vitriolic comments which are offensive in nature toward Teresa, her defenders, and any poster who challenges his/her remarks.
Whether Samantha is male or female, gay or straight, is not an issue for me; I simply don’t understand why Samantha and posters of her ilk find it necessary to spew venom when posting their points of view.
Finally, I believe that the best way to react to Samantha is to ignore him/her. I urge others to do the same.
To people like Samantha, there is nothing so frustrating as being ignored and deprived of the satisfaction of being unsuccessful in provoking reaction to their vituperative comments.

DeltaD Samantha is a non-mother f’n factor. I never use foul language but I’ve long since consigned that poster to the “pay no mind” trash heap. Its clear she’s got serious issues which are best handled in another forum – and not on a blogs comment section.
I feel sorry for her. I hope she can get the help she needs. I’m hopeful that by posting this the people who reply to her might take this into account and ignore her going forward. When we respond to someone with a full grasp of her faculties thats one thing, but when we engage someone who is disturbed it borders on mean. In the spirit of humanity and compassion let’s pray for her and leave her alone. And pray she doesn’t let the door hit her on her way out the door.

What is even funnier, is Teresa is the ONLY one who has NOT changed her story about how this all went down and when she found out. She ( CarO ) did nothing of the sort except for make herself look even uglier and nastier than she really is! She was highly juvenile, and her argument was totally staged and fake. Her body language was squirmish, like a LIAR who really has nothing to bring…She did not kick anything anywhere.. She lived up to the name Scaroline, thats it. Its not the cookbook, were back to the cookbook- ridiculous. Her argument and reasoning with Teresa was embarrassing to watch.
Can you imagine? She had the audacity to show up to her only brother’s baby Christening and say those horrible, insulting, unforgivable words. “Congratulations.” You know what, there is no point arguing with your empty skull. For your information ignoramasauraus, Jacqueline will not be back for season 5. This has been widely known in the industry since she violated her contract and gave varying excuses; illness, nervous breakdown, just wasn’t up to it etc. Then proceeded to be well enough to tweet throughout the program. The decision was made then. Caroline will not be on one more back because no matter how they try they cannot come up with an interesting storyline for her, and so she hung on for one more year to allow her boys to promote their sewer water.
In case you hadn’t noticed she has been phoning in her performance for two years in a row. There will not be a RHONJ season five in it’s present incarnation. Fool.
So who are you? Melissa, Jac,Caroline, or the Meho sisters?
I truly believe that if her “Family” would just own up to it that it was done the wrong way and apologize. They can all move on, especially since Teresa is no longer on good terms with Jac and Caroline
To me it should not matter if they did behind her back. The problem is they KNEW they were not on good terms with Tre yet they joined the show anyway that speak volumes in their character. Melissa and Kathy on the first Eppy bashed Teresa so their intentions were to bring down Teresa bottom line.
Not to mention Melissa’s shit stirring sisters! Within like their very first “scene”, they were bringing the drama. Grown people disappoint me sometimes.
It would be really hard to recover from something like that. A family member just showed up at work on Monday and threw a wrench in all my relationships with co-workers with intentions to hurt me! In my book that’s called a blindside.

The first time I was betrayed by my family it was so awful it took years to get over. I finally tried to turn the other cheek and move on. The second time I was sucker punched by my family it opened up the scars on my heart from the first time. But,because I had my daughter then, and knew they would never own up to their actions, I turned the cheek and moved on. The THIRD time I was betrayed by my family, I decided I didn’t have any more cheeks. I moved on without them and used it as a reminder of what not to do to someone else.

I posted someone else that you can forgive someone but not have a relationship with them because they have not stopped or owned their offending hurtful behavior and have made amends. Relationship takes two people, forgiveness you can give but you don’t put your heart back out there again. “Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me”

So true. I just cut my losses nowadays. Just bc someone was born into the same family does not require me to be their bff. It is sad when family doesn’t act like family, but I choose to react by not reacting. I simply cut the anchor and move away from them, create distance. No big deal. I have some family that I adore and have a very good relationship with. Others, not so much, and I just don’t have anything but very surface and cordial interactions with. I will not fight, I will not say my side, it’s pointless. There are too many people in this world to waste your time on people like that, regardless of their blood link to you, imo.
I instead have created a perfect family made up of the family members I love and filled in the gaps with friends that I have chosen. It works perfectly, and I have a great support system. Those that sit on the sidelines of my life and wish me failure can chant all day long, I pay them no mind other than to see that they are desperately unhappy and that’s sad for them, but it’s not my problem.
Amen!! I’m a Christian and was betrayed by a best friend,and recently a few family members. I know I have to forgive for my own sake,but,it still hurts. I believe that is why this gets to me so much. I wasn’t a big T fan till last season first episode when her brother called her garbage. Then my heart went out to her and it hasn’t stopped.I see the pain in her eyes she really loves him. After watching what her so called friends did to her last week that was awful. Her brother and cousin should beg her for forgiveness! I believe she would too.

My menopause is so memorable to me. I had to have a complete hysterectomy, and even though I TOLD the anesthesiologist that I had had a terrible reaction to morphine in the past, he pooh-poohed it and said it was probably something else I had reacted to. So, I woke up later connected to a morphine pump and ended up going into anaphylaxis, which required treatment with epi and days of steroids to follow up. I had also decided that my time in the hospital would be a great time to quit smoking.
I was suddenly completely menopausal ON steroids.
The first night I was home, I was in bed with mega hot flashes and unable to sleep. It was 4:00 AM and my husband was sleeping peacefully beside me. I just LOST it. I cried/screeched at my husband “GET ME CIGARETTES!!!” He was out of the bed within seconds putting his pants on getting ready to go. It was 6* out. I don’t think I’ve ever loved him more than I did at that moment!

Thanks, Honnie! It was 10 years ago so I’m over it. Now some of my friends are starting menopause and I’m almost glad I’m already done with it!
I was going to say, Menopause is no small matter. It affects different people in different ways. My guess? Caroline already had some slight imbalances going and the menopause just ratcheted up another 10 notches or so. Not to mention the show and all of the headaches it probably produces and the strain it probably adds to her life. I can see her side of it honestly, as I don’t think that I would hold up that well in the same situation.
If it truly is menopause Caro, why doesn’t she stop using Tre for a scapegoat for all her problems. She is unforgiving, which is what is really eating her up. no explanation Tre can offer will be enough. She is a shell of what she wanted her brand to be. she isnt tough, shes a sore loser. She lacks compassion and can only operate by creating an adversary. Creating heroes out of ppl who suck up to her for any number of reasons (her kids, mehor and Jac@ss all have reasons of their own). It will make going through menopause so much harder on her.
Tre doesn’t need her, not for one single thing. but still wanted to be a friend all along. I think it hurt her to lose her but now seeing what she has become, she knows its better to walk away and move forward. Which is a huge distinction from where Caro and Jac are right now. I hope Bravo releases them from the show.

I think what’s confusing is that Teresa’s definition of the word is, literally, “need” as in “what can I get from you?” or “What can you do for me?”
When most people think of “needing” another person it’s usually in terms of being part of a close, caring relationship. Teresa would know nothing about this.
I think it depends on the family members and what you already know about their integrity. I wouldn’t mind because I know my family would only have my best interests in mind, and it would be because they wanted to suprise me with a great experience. In Teresa’s case, obviously she knows her brother and sister in law will not have her back. That they will draw no line of decency in what subjects they introduce and talk about on National Television, and that the things they say are not true, they’ve faked their entire background and wealth, and they want to hurt her…. so Yes In her case, I would be upset…with good reason!
even knowing that her family probably came on with bad intentions, Teresa tried to be welcoming and friendly by congratulating Joey and Melissa at the christening-but NO, Joey had to insult Tre and call her garbage. What a cold slap in the face!
I feel that way too much focus is placed on when and how T found out…that is irrelevant. The point is they were on the show to air their family’s dirty laundry….bravo wouldn’t have have hired them if they didn’t have dirt to show and trouble to cause. They knew what they’re role was and they agreed to join anyway. they were not hired to come on and play nice with Teresa. That is evident because of the very first episode. If they’re intention were good, then they would have put ia smile on their face at the christening. There would have been no fight and no drama. But they came on like animals, bad mouthing T from day 1. Their intentions were clear, to stir up trouble and cause drama…they used T to do that to insure their place on the show. Horrible, disloyal people!

Heck yes, I would be past upset especially because her boss told her they were interviewing 2 months prior and they still said nothing until right before filming ( after lying with the timelines)! And there is no reason for Teresa to be scared about any of them. That is a joke! I don’t know how she just does not laugh in their faces. If you love each other as a family flaws and all you stick together and work things out. Joining a show without telling the truth about things would only cause harm. The shore house is what’s worth $500 K. It was put up as part collateral on the spec house. If they default on the spec house, they lost the shore house. That’s why everything is for sale.

Andy is such a dick. He’s acting like he told her ahead of time that Mel/Kathy were going to be on the show when he didn’t. He told her that there were TALKS of them being on the show meaning they were interviewing them. Being told that they’re getting interviewed for the show and actually getting a contract to be ON the show are two very completely things. And neither of which did Teresa’s family let her know before getting calls from her boss.
Besides, everyone is putting so much emphasis on when/how Teresa found out, but it’s not about that. It’s about the fact that Mel/Kathy waited until AFTER Teresa was told by Bravo to let her know they were doing the show. It’s the going behind her back bit that clearly is what upset Teresa.
Clearly Andy/Bravo think us viewers cant see right thru this stuff.
I agree with this and also that Melissa, Joe and Kathy did not go on the show with good intentions, it was always their plan to try to ruin Teresa. I don’t think it’s working much.
actually I think I read (either on twitter or in a blog) that Andy told Teresa in that phone call that her family was going to appear on the show, but not that they were being considered for full time housewives. And of course, neither Melissa nor Kathy told Teresa either, until TERESA called them to ask after a producer told HER.

On the after show of WWHL Andy said he told Teresa that there were “talks” of Melissa and Kathy joining the show. But either way, talks of joining the show, appearing on the show, interviewing for the show and actually being a full-time housewife on the show are completely different. Just because you’re being interviewed or making appearances, doesn’t mean you’re actually in the show if that makes sense.
Either way, there are so many different variations of how/when Teresa found out. But one thing that has remained the same is Teresa’s story: her family came on the show behind her back and she found out through producers.

That was classic Jax. Inasmuch as she has all the emotional maturity of a prepubescent tween she doesn’t have a clue as to how to present herself with any semblance of dignity. That was a dig at Teresa because Teresa told Andy regarding the magazine stories, “…they ask me questions…I answer them.”
Jax really is quite emotionally-disturbed. This is becoming more and more apparent with every tweet this twat twits.
When I watched the last reunion/monkey-pile-on-Teresa, I remember thinking that Teresa’s demeanor with Caroline was a lot different than with the others. She didn’t back down, try to make Caroline “see it her way” and she sure didn’t seem to be intimidated or afraid of Caroline. She seemed (to me) to be pretty confident in what she said to her. Her scenes with the others are pretty passionate this season, too, but with Caroline? T is cool as a cucumber.
Actually, the way Teresa deals with Caroline is very similar to the way in which Danielle handled her. They both called her out on her lies and BS and neither backed down from Caroline — despite Tiny Manzo’s attempts for them to do so. Interesting. I wonder what they know about the Manzo/Lauritas that gives them the confidence to take on the Don?

Could be… lol. I can’t even try that water. Something about drinking water that looks dirty just turns me off. I grew up on a farm and in the country, and we were taught to always look for clean stream water to drink if ever necessary. I didn’t go drink out of the river that ran through our property! I had it once and it was ok….until my mom give me the idea of it making me unhealthy…So i stopped drinking it and noticed i didnt have to use the bathroom much…That acid that makes the water black is not easy on the tummy if taken too much.

You didn’t miss much. Andy didn’t look enthused to have them on. Joe was innocent and what I mean by that is that he’s not playing the camera. He’s just being himself, an ordinary guy. No fake act or behavior.
