Video: Melissa Gorga Takes One For The Team So Teresa Can Make A Little Cash
In next week’s episode of RHONJ Melissa Gorga is seen with the whole RHONJ crew and makes sure to slam Teresa and bring up the cookbook. When are these people going to get over it? Melissa Gorga looks Teresa straight in the eyes and says in front of everyone, “we’ll take one for the team so you can make a little extra cash!” Ouch! Here’s where I think Melissa is wrong! Teresa’s cookbook came out in May. We all found out that Teresa made cookbook comments in September because that’s when it aired on TV. Way before that Teresa’s cookbook was already a best time seller so no one expected Teresa to say those comments about any of the housewives. I also think its wrong for Melissa to say it that way in front of the gang because it clearly was insulting. They need to get over the cookbook and MOVE ON like the rest of us have. Glad Jacqueline came to her senses and kicked out Ashlee. Speaking of Ashlee. Ashlee is quite the talker on twitter. Ashlee says how sad it is that people talk about them when they don’t even know her blahblahblah. Ashlee, Newsflash: YOU chose to sign up for this meaning YOU expected people to talk about you. You’re a “blogger” yourself and talk about celebrities YOU don’t even know. Go to college and educate yourself. I don’t know how Chris deals with her behavior. He’s obviously a trooper! Are they getting all these endorsements/deals, cookbooks, drinks, makeup, nail polish, CA, book signing (FOR FREE BECAUSE TRE LOVES AND HER FANS), booked bars and clubs, etc??? No! Ok, can someone please explain to me cause I’m kind of confused.
On the last seasons reunion, they were already shooting for season 4, and from what I understood (which I could be wrong) that the posch fashion show was one of the first days that they filmed and all that drama happened with Melissa. And from what I hear that they are going to use that as part of the finale. So, that means (if its true) that Melissa, her husband, Theresa and the rest of the cast members had time to get over that incedant (sp). And this season it shows them having a lot of good times, but now reports are that Theresa and her family has not spoken since October. So has something else happened between that Posch fashion show and October? I’m kind of confused, or is this a publicity stunt by Bravo to “make” them get along after the Posch craziness.
I hope I explained that well enough to get some answers, or hell maybe I confused ya’ll even more now too, lol.

The Porche Fashion show was the last thing that happened from what I read while they was filming. And since then she has not spoken to her brother.
Bravo began shooting season 4 in late May/early June 2011, when Teresa’s second cookbook came out (and immediately after season 3 began to air, which was on May 16, 2011). They finished shooting in late September/early October 2011. The Posche Fashion Show (PFS) was shot on September 27, 2011, the day before they shot the reunion (for season 3 — part 1 aired on October 16, 2011).
To summarize, while season 3 was airing, they shot season 4, beginning in late May and ending in early October, with the PFS as the season 4 finale; they filmed reunion 3 the day after the blowup at the PFS (which will be the season 4 finale).
PoSche fashion show was the end. It was the last thing the did.

Melissa you want to take one for the team- then leave and maybe the rest will follow. If these are things that get you all angry you all need a reality check. All I see is that if you are all not talking about Teresa they you all have nothing important to say and that I find really sad.

Do they think people brouht the book because they were in it. Everybody knew what was in the allready, so you wouldn’t have to buy it because they were in it. If anything that would be a reason not to buy it.
Melissa and Caroline are so freaking dumb. Teresa would have sold the SAME amount of books regardless if they were in it or not. That’s what they don’t understand. They apparently think that because Teresa mentioned them in the book they’re helping her sell it. Um, no. No one knew what Teresa wrote about in the book until they bought it and Teresa’s second cookbook became a best-seller like two weeks after it was out.
Someone needs to explain to these two broads that they’re not helping Teresa sell books because their names are in it.
The cookbook comes out in the beginning of Season 3, becomes a best seller and nobody in the media mentions Teresa’s comments about her castmates until the castmates mention it at the end of Season 3. Skinny Italian was already a New York time bestseller before Melissa entered the show. From what I hear Fabellini is selling better than, BLK water, Red Velvet Cosmo and Voli Vodka. How do you explain that what Melissa and Caroline?

Whether Lola is Teresa or not…..she is right. T. is not innocent in any of this, but enough already!!! They are not mad about the stupid, unnecessary cookbook comments…..they are mad that there IS a cookbook – several – and they are selling, and CA, and she is the most successful of all of them while their ventures are not. Even though she has tremendous issues that cause her problems, she is still liked by a lot of people and successful and her brand is bigger and better than theirs. I am not even a fan of T’s, but enough – of all of it. The Gorgas and Wakiles and assorted toxic posse members and Manzo “children” really have added a nasty element that is not attractive in any way, which I think really appeals to Andy’s personality.

No offense, Lucy, but that was an awful thing to say. I am sure he feels sorry for Ashley and goes to great lengths to help the daughter of his wife, but he has chosen unwisely in his desire to do that. That was upsetting.

I’m not sure why everyone keeps saying they need to get over the cookbook. Did we all watch the same show last night? The credits said, the footage we watched last night was from 4 months prior to the airing of the Season 3 Reunion Show. Which means the footage we are seeing is in the thick of the book comment issue. Yeah its old news to all of us and it sucks that Bravo split the season up the way that they did but lets not pretend like these episodes were filmed two weeks ago. If your friend or family member made a comment in a book that personally offended you it might take you a while to get over it too, even after an apology.
Also who knows when all this stuff happened as far as a specific timeline since the editing and splicing on all of these shows is ridiculous anyway
I’m pretty sure everyone understands that the beginning of season 4 is overlapping with the ending of season 3. But Teresa apologized and it’s time for them to move on/move forward instead of holding grudge (something Caroline likes to preach so much about but can’t ever seem to practice).
I can see how Caroline would take offense to Teresa mentioning the whole stripper thing and it’s relations to Christopher, but in no way did Teresa make a jab at Chris and who he is as a person. She said she doesn’t condone strippers to bring in business. And she’s 100% entitles to not liking strippers. Period.
The problem is that Caroline was just looking for a reason to turn on Teresa. Sure she heard rumors, but I’m sure Teresa heard rumors about Caroline too. And I’m sure after watching season 3 and watching Caroline and her kids make fun of her all season long, it also confirmed to her all the rumors she heard about who Caroline truly is. Caroline thinks it’s okay for her to say/do whatever she wants at whoever’s expense. But when the table gets turned, she acts like a royal bitch. Caroline is clearly jealous of Teresa, not the other way around. Teresa had 2 best-seller books and completely outshine Caroline by the end of season 2. Meanwhile Caroline had a failed radio show and her books were turned down by every publisher out there unlike Teresa.

I really wish that all the things Caroline seems to condone in the Gorga’s happens to her. I hope Chris calls Lauren garbage on national TV. After Melissa’s comment about them taking 1 for the team, so Theresa could make some money – I wish, wish, wish Theresa could have said, “No, I’m taking 1 for the team, so all of you can make some money, because this season is going to be all about you guys ganging up on me.” It seemed like last night’s episode was 95% about Theresa or the other people on the show talking about her. There have been many articles that everyone on that show is broke or close to it – The Brownstone has no money and Caroline is mortgaged out, BLK never became sucessful (couldn’t believe how full all of their bottles of it were last night. They probably don’t like it either.) Joe Gorga doesn’t seem to be working much these days with all of the air time he’s had. I honestly don’t know what Kathy’s financial situation is, because she doesn’t really count to me as a housewive. She seems more like an extra to me.
Teresa could be near a nervous breakdown with all the real issues she has going on so Melissa needs to shutup. More people aren’t going to buy the book because she wrote a few sentences about them. They say fame went to her head but clearly it went to theirs too if they think they are big enough celebrities to increase her cookbook sales.

Jacqueline learned from Caroline that a daughter is worth very little. So she treats herr sons well. I think Jacqueline is a lousy mother. She was sitting on the couch clapping the babies hands together gleeful singing “make the right choice”
I know Ashly has made some bad choices. But I also know how she must feel. Since she was a minor, her life and mistakes have been all over the TV screen for all to see so Jacqueline would have a storyline.
She has been told by Jacqueline that her cousins are better than her. They treat her that way also. She knows it sticks in Caroline’s craw everytime Ashly calls her Aunt Caroline.
Meanwhile her cousins are no prizes. Lauren went from a sweet, talented young lady to a blob with nothing. Chris and Albie are still supported by Caroline. Before Albie flunked out of college, Caroline bought the books to read and explain to him. I understand learning disabilites. But when tested by the college, he did not test as bad as Caroline had told people. Chris, ALbie, and Lauren are 3 disrespectful people who act just like their mom. Their dad got in trouble with the Government but evidently that can not be discussed. These boy/men get in trouble and call mommy. Why would any woman go out with either of these two losers, if they like girls.

I didn’t like the Gorgas last year and like them less this year. The Manzos are the worst sort of family, full of layabouts living on family and bitching about people who work. Al committed election fraud, trying to cheat the voters in the district where his restaurant is. They have all sorts of legal and criminal issues and it’s all swept under the rug – so they can pretend to be a happy family, but they are anything but.

I haven’t seen the book, but I thought after commit of the 1/6th Itallian thats she made other commits as to how great she think Carolin and family and much she love them, so why she making so much out the other comitts and nothing on the good things she said.
