Vicki’s Ex Donn Gulvalson Diagnosed With Cancer
What horrible news! RHOC star Vicki Gunvalson Ex husband Donn Gunvalson a fan favorite has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. Vicki shockingly filed for divorce from Donn in 2010 after 16 years of marriage and is now dating Brooks Ayars. Vicki’s children were very close with Donn and Vicki’s son Michael told National Enquirer that it’s been “sort of weird around here for the past year or so. Donn has been very sick, Briano eloped to Las Vegas last fall, and my mom is dealing with a lot of different emotions. It’s very a very stressful time right now in the Gunvalson household. We still care about him and are pulling for him.”
A source adds that “even though they are no longer together, Vicki is Donn’s biggest supporter. She’s praying for his complete recovery.”
I’m sure it’s been a tough couple of years for Donn and this just breaks my heart. I always liked Donn so much on the show and was so upset when Vicki filed for divorce because he really is such a great guy. Here’s hoping for a speedy recovery. You’ll be in my prayers, Donn!

I really liked Don. I hope he has a speedy recovery and finds himself a woman who will treat him the way he deserves to be treated. He’s a good guy and didn’t deserve what Vicki did to him.

my dad has that too! thank god it is not a BAD cancer(if thats possible) it can be treated with a surgery or even a week of hard core radiation
Not always. Only if it is caught early. Many men do die from prostate cancer.
My dad also has it, but to say it is not a bad cancer is not always correct and often a misconception. It depends on how high his PSA’s are and Gleason scores and if it’s spread too. Most need prostatectomy’s, or radical prostatectomy’s, some need further treatment. This is the case with our father.
I’m happy for your dad and your family that’s your experience and I hope it to be Donn’s too. I love Donn. He’s a great guy. Prayers for Donn and family.
I agree, my father also has prostate cancer. Diagnosed 9 years ago. Was cancer free for 5 years then psa began to rise again. Cancer had spread to his spine. He is still winning his battle for now, but time will only tell.
I loved Don on the show, and will be praying for im. He deserves a great woman, he seems like such a nice guy and V just shit on him.IMO
Don was my all time favorite on the show, yes there were younger @ more handsome, but thats all superficial. As my good ole Texas dad wud say ya got yoursel a good one there, honey. He’s so honest, gracious & generally kind to everyone. I think he’s a GREAT catch
Don is such a down to earth, likeable guy. I wish him the best, and quite honestly, he will be his best without Vicki. He deserves much more than what Vicki had to offer him- nothing!
