The Real Housewives Of Atlanta Are Back And Kim Zolciak Isn’t An Offical Housewife Anymore!
November is going to be a good month! Not only is The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills coming back on television November 5 but The Real Housewives of Atlanta is back November 4! This season includes NeNe Leakes, Phaedra Parks, Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burruss and newest housewives Kenya Moore and Porsha Stewart! So where is Kim Zolciak you may ask? She apparently will be a “friend” of the housewife rather then an official housewife due to her lack of filming this season.
NeNe took to her twitter to write, “The only original standing. That should tell you a lot. “Big surprises coming this season on the housewives! Tune n & get the truth! If they don’t show it, I’ll tell ya!”
Here’s what to expect this season! “NeNe as she embarks on a new adventure as a rising star in Hollywood. In the love department, NeNe flirts with the idea of rekindling a romance with her ex, Gregg, meanwhile, new love is in the air for Kandi who has recently found herself a man. Focused on their expanding businesses, Cynthia dabbles into the world of pageants and Phaedra decides to create a fitness video all about achieving that signature ‘donkey booty.’ Our recently married Housewife Kim is also busy expanding her family, but manages to make it out for the ladies’ events — even ones where NeNe is the guest of honor. Will these two ever make up or will she further distance herself from the group in favor of her family and man? New Housewives Kenya and Porsha also join the mix and waste very little time stirring things up among this group of southern ladies.”
Meet Kenya Moore: Kenya Moore is the triple threat with beauty, brains and talent. Originally from Detroit, the former psychology major left Michigan with fierce drive and determination to build her own unique brand. Perhaps most recognized for being crowned Miss USA, Kenya is also known for acting and having worked with many “A” list stars, is a film and TV producer and CEO of Moore Vision Media. She finds Atlanta to be the perfect environment to grow a business and a rich social life. Aside from being a serious career woman, Kenya enjoys writing, hitting the gym, and never passes up an opportunity to speak her mind. A hopeless romantic, Kenya is ready to start a family with her Mr. Right.
Meet Porsha Stewart: Porsha Stewart is a saucy southern lady and embodies the essence of a confident woman wise beyond her years. A true “Georgia Peach,” Porsha was born and raised into a prominent family in Atlanta and is the granddaughter of Civil Rights leader and philanthropist, Rev. Hosea Williams. Residing in the exclusive Buckhead community in Atlanta, Porsha is a recent bride to former NFL football player Kordell Stewart and takes prides in being a new mom to her stepson, Syre. Porsha always keeps family first, but in her spare time she manages to nurture a budding music career as well as various business ventures. Porsha will be taking her family’s legacy and enriched heart for giving into her new family with the unveiling of Kordell & Porsha Stewart Foundation for Cancer Research. Porsha also enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, yoga, and afternoon dips in her pool. Well-known on the Atlanta social scene, some might say Porsha has it all.

I agree. A much better cast. They all blend so well, and they all look so beautiful! Glad Kim is no longer there. She needs to go focus on her family, and let’s face it… She’s boring on the show. The woman in the far right… Her figure is so curvy, and she looks fit. I love it!

Will not be watching this season…..these girls are all the same…..singing, acting modeling and pagentry…..African American women are much more than this trash…..I’d rather watch Miami….
Miami has been really good! Loved the gals on WWHL last night, they seem like real friends.
Singing, acting and modeling are no trash. I think viewers need to check Cynthia’s accomplishements. Although boring, she is the first HW in ATL that actually had international sucesss. Well, I sorry Kandi also. Phadra’s an attorney, Nene’s an actress (to my suprise be for HW), Cynthia and Kenya are super models. Kandi is a grammy winning songwritter, and the new girl comes from a family that was hugely important in the Civil Rights movement. There are all great things for Black woment to be involved in. Black Girls Rock!!! The only two there were not doing anything except being taken care of by men were She by Sherre and Kim “mistress” Z. Miami has two models, attorney, a Dentist, a new art collector, a wife of an attorney, and a gold digger, a psycic and her daughter. I don’t see any difference.

I may watch but not excited about it. I liked Kim and her family. Wanted to see the new baby but I expect that’s the reason why she won’t be a regular. Cynthia is the worst and I hate her husband.

Gotta say, assuming that Kim isn’t going to go the way of Jill or Alex in her post-housewives life, Kim seems to have matured so much over the years. She’s seems to value her family above fame. I think this will be a good arrangement for her. She will have privacy and the viewers will have a small glimpse into her life. I like it when a housewife goes out on a good note.
Good point Bren. As mush as I got annoyed with her with all of the drama nonsense fighting back and forth with Sheree, then NeNe, etc.. I think she has changed somewhat for the better since meeting Kroy and I hope it stays that way for her.

No more Kim, she thinks that she is above the show and the show is what got her where she is now. Otherwise, she would have been back at the trailer park when she a “Big Poppa” broke up. Who, is still married. Wow, Nene is divorced, Chad and Eve are divorced, Camile is divorced (I know they had a huge estate and tons of assets to divide), but, Big Poppa is still married and Kim insists that she was never a mistress all while knowing this man was married with kids watching their actions. Krazy Kim and Kroy.
I heard that Gregg and Nene may get back together, don’t know if true. Did they ever finalize their divorce?
Kim barely filmed last year….not showing up for work will getcha fired every time! I think there is a spin off for Kim and I dont care for her personally but I think she could carry her own show. i like nene but I dont want to watch her going to auditions or chatting with real celebrities…just wont find that interesting. I like her fighting better. I dont know much about the newbies except to say I remember Kordell Stewart from his Pittsburgh Steeler days and I hope bravo didnt hire his wife so they could dig up the old dirt on him.
Unfortunately without Kim, I’m not going to be watching. NeNe is loud and ridiculous and I’m over it. Looks like she got the cast she wanted.

I’m glad to see Kim go, I never watch a single episode of her spin off “Tardy for the wedding”. I read the recaps though and wasn’t surprised that she mentions NeNe quite a bit in the 1st 3 episodes. I think Kim’s mother and father and kids make the show interesting because Kim and Kroy are boring. Kim has never had a entertaining storyline. Big PaPa has always refused to allow the camera’s to film him, so we never saw that side of her life. Kim’s show will never get a rating from me. Glorified Homewrecker!
