Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice has said she’s been working on her fitness ever since turning 40 earlier this year! She even wrote her third cookbook based on healthy recipes and shared her fitness tips. Teresa’s personal trainer is sharing the workout regimen that keeps the Jersey girl ready to kick someone’s ass at any time!
Nicole Greco-Peepas has been training Teresa for about a year and is telling RumorFix all the details of her fitness routines. Nicole says Teresa’s workout consists of TRX training, boxing for aggression, plyometrics, and heavy weight training. Nicole uses Tabata training with Teresa, which will “get your heart rate through the roof and I am constantly changing up Teresa’s routine. Teresa works out at least five days a week. The quote that I live by is ‘Pain is weakness leaving the body.’”
Nicole says that Teresa is also eating more proteins and less pasta these days which is hard for her being Italian. Nicole also says that Teresa is nothing like what we see on RHONJ. She adds, “Teresa is tough if I ask to give me five more push-ups, she will give me six! So I know she was giving it her all. She always shows up very positive and ready to workout.”
I don’t know about you but I feel motivated to get up and exercise right now! It was noticeable at the reunion that Teresa has been working on her fitness. She looks amazing for being in her 40′s and having popped out four kids!
