Teresa Giudice Threatens To Sue Melissa Gorga Over Lying About Being Attacked!
RHONJ star Teresa Giudice has had enough of Melissa Gorgas lies! In a recent interview with Wendy Williams, Melissa revealed that Teresa attacked her at Teresa’s oldest daughter’s birthday party! Teresa hasn’t take to kind to the story being that she says it’s absolutely not true! Teresa is now threatening to sue Melissa Gorga over lying about being harassed!
Teresa tells Huffington, “I usually don’t comment on stories about me, but I cannot ignore Melissa Marco’s vicious lie that I assaulted her at my own children’s birthday party while she was holding my baby nephew. It is completely untrue in every way. To make such a horrible accusation that involves our children is beyond despicable and speaks to her true character.”
Teresa’s friend told Rob from Huffington, “This supposedly happened at Gia and Milania’s very big, very public joint birthday party in January. The party was at Space Odyssey, owned by Elvira Grau, who was with Teresa the entire time. Elvira has publicly tweeted that it’s untrue. It was a very public party with a hired photographer there. No one saw them do anything but talk. They didn’t even hug because Melissa was holding her baby, so Teresa just kissed the baby. If anything had happened, why didn’t Melissa immediately go to the press about it then? She puts every other little complaint on Twitter. Nothing.”
A Bravo insider also reveals that Melissa puts her hands on Teresa at the reunion causing Teresa to scream and threatening to sue her! 3 words: This is sad.

I am glad Teresa is finally calling her Marco. The Marco Sisters are mean and vile on Twitter. And even one of their husbands,Scott, jumps in on the gang mentality. Rude, crass, gross and at the same time posting a picture of her daughter and gushing about being a mom. These Marco people are bottom feeders.
They can’t hold a candle to Teresa and her family. Teresa comes from a loving,respectful,Italian home. The Marcos come from a home where apperantly the Mother has trained her offspring to treat others horribly, swear like sailors, get whatever money they can at whatever cost and that breaking up other peoples familys is totally exceptable. The woman that raised those 3 little rodents should be very ashamed of herself.
So I read on anther bloggers site that Miss lookers Marcos was trying to get her sisters on the show, and Bravo wanted nothing to do with them, that’s why we hardly saw them this season Bravo didn’t like the way they were conducting themselves on twitter, Facebook and arguing with people on Twitter. I’m so happy Bravo saw right thru them and want nothing to do with them.
Bravo said the Marco sisters tarnished the sparkle of the housewives franchise. Cant remember where I saw that but yes, they don’t have much of a shot at being on TV. It takes a certain person, with certain charm and personality to become a star. I don’t get why these women think hurting others will pay off in a good way? Very backwards thinking. Oh and still waiting on that paystub or teaching degree that Melissa claims she has. Anyone out there remember Melissa Gorga being your childs 2nd grade teacher???

Thats what I say. Heres part of Melissa’s blog from April 30th on the bravo website. She claims she was a teacher but yet also claims that she and joe got married she just graduated college and got hired to teach but never started. Joe didn’t want her teaching he wanted her to work in his office!! Hmmmm how can someone be a teacher during college? And how could she of taught 2nd grade if she never started the job. Getting hired doesn’t mean your a teacher, you actually have to teach! Her words right there in her own blog. So which is it melissa? To late to go back us viewers have gotten our Ahhh Haaa moment!

I think a big misconception about me and Joe is that we got married and were just rich and had everything we could ever want. Not true. When I first met Joe and for the first few years we were married, he owned a landscaping company. We did well for two newlyweds in our 20s, but nothing like we are now. We worked for it together. From the day we got engaged, Joe asked me to work in his office as his secretary and suggested not going into the school system to be a teacher. I had just graduated college and really wanted my own classroom. I did go to a teachers’ fair and got hired as a teacher, but after discussing it with Joe, I decided not to take the job and to work with him in his office. Joe felt like with me backing him up rather than have a stranger running things, we would make the business more successful. Well Joe was right. I worked in that office 9 to 5 Monday through Friday and did it. Even when Antonia was born, I used to bring her and all her toys to the office and I would work all day with her there. It wasn’t always easy. There were times (like the one you heard me remind Joe of) that we couldn’t even buy diapers when Gino was first born. 2008 was definitely a hard year. We had invested in real estate and the market went sour. I’m sure everyone remembers that and is still feeling the effects of the economy. Joe and I are gamblers, and I mean that in a good way. We take chances and sometimes we win and sometimes we lose, but as long as we have our two hands and each other, we can always get back on top, and that’s what we did.
Wow – I don’t read the Bravo blogs so that is most interesting. Melissa is such a liar, liar stripper pants on fire. She was a teacher, she wasn’t a teacher. She worked in the classroom, she didnt’ work in the classroom. She specifically told Teresa in the bathroom at Fashion Show that she worked as a teacher during the day. No wonder Teresa had a “huh-okay??” look on her face when Melissa said that. She’s getting so very confused with all her lies.
What do you expect. Trashbox MeGo better be careful. She will really be sued. Elvira should be cast. She actually lives in a wealthy neighborhood (not the sticks) and she seems like she would be a supportive yet classy friend of the wives. Plus she works. I know unemployment is popular with these wives so it would be cool to see another career woman. Her and Penny would be ideal. I can’t stomach anymore hate speak from Mego who can’t keep all her lies straight re: working at lookers.

I read today that Caroline, Jacqueline and Kathy are not coming back for Season 5. Jacqueline is fired, Kathy has been demoted to occasional appearances (because she is too broke to keep up) and Caroline was made an offer but chose not to come back. Meho is 100% coming back and they are looking to cast new people.
I really wish they weren’t bring Kathy back AT ALL next season. What a skank! And I really hope we don’t see her greasy pig of a husband on either.

Yes, he was much nicer today! She was able to speak uninterrupted and had time to think about her answers. Teresa needs help learning to express herself. People laugh at her because she has trouble with English idioms but that’s really not fair since English is not her first language.

Actually, I was thinking that that’s where Melissa got the idea. Kathy’s moronic tale of agonized victimization over the face-touching resonated with a handful of extremely feeble-minded viewers. Unfortunately for Melissa, she always takes things too far. If she’d said grabbed instead of twisted and left the baby out of it, but no, she has to push and push the bounds of credibility until she gets caught up in her lies.
In this case, I would tend to believe Melissa over Teresa any day of the week. Teresa tends to twist facts, gets reality confused with her belief system and what she believes is right or fair.

When the party happened Melissa said Teresa kept avoiding her and got upset that she was taking pictures with the girls. Now if she told that why didn’t she tell that Teresa twisted her arm? Why, because she lied. Melissa said that Teresa was mean to her, until some parents came out and said she lied. The lady who owned the place even said Melissa was lying. The parents came out saying that the reason they went to the party was because of watching season. 3 and they wannted to see if Teresa was the evil one they say on the show. The parents said that Teresa was really nice and different from the show.
Well I have to say I was impressed with Anderson live today. He really rested her in a positive way and gave her enough time to answer. And yes since English was not her first language, it’s hard. I know because my first language was Spanish and i think in Spanish. I’m sure it’s the same for her and ever one who’s been brought up in a different language. I love Teresa and how she is loyal to her family and friends. I pray she continues to stay strong and not break down in front of those backstabbing monsters.

A Space Odyssey employee called Natalie twittered last February that Teresa and Melissa were arguing at the party. Immediately after Elvira issued a statement that there was no argument between the two.
I remember last February Wetpaint reported on the incident. There was no mention about a physical altercation, but there were other moms present who saw Teresa and Melissa having a discussion while baby Joey was being held by his mother.
While I think there was no “assault”, I do believe that Teresa did grab Melissa’s arm to probably get her attention ( a la Kathy face touch ), or to make a point about whatever they were talking/arguing about.
Baloney. I remember the stories form that time, and they all said that Melissa posed for pictures and left.
If Teresa had assaulted her, Melissa would have been all over the tabloids getting paid. Now that Teresa has threatened a lawsuit, Melissa has finally shut up!! heheheheh

Wetpaint Entertainment spoke with another mother whose child was invited to the party, at Space Odyssey in New Jersey, and here is what we learned: the party was on Saturday January 28, not Sunday, but for some mysterious reason, Teresa has told numerous people that the party was on the 29th. Teresa even posted on her website that the party was on Sunday. Go figure!
Clues that a conflict was in the works emerged early on when a Space Odyssey employee, Natalia Velandia, tweeted “Confused if this lady here for Teresa’s Guidice party is Melissa Gorga.”
The woman in question was, in fact, Melissa.
Natalia then tweeted, “I wanted to take a picture with her but I couldn’t cause her and Teresa were arguing and my boss would’ve killed me.” Our source says: “When a photographer went over to ask Teresa if he could take a picture of Melissa, Teresa said ‘no.’ ”
Even so, Melissa was enjoying herself – at first. “She was having a great time and spent most of the party with her mother-in-law,” says our source. “She said ‘hello’ to Joe Giudice. He was nice, and Melissa was nice right back to him. Milania and Antonia [one of Melissa’s kids] were hugging and dancing the whole time. ”
Our source says Teresa looked annoyed watching Melissa during the party and that when Melissa was getting ready to leave and saying her goodbyes to everyone Teresa approached her.
At this point, while other mothers were getting their coats to leave, Teresa and Melissa were suddenly face to face. Says our source: “Teresa started to get loud, and you could see Melissa was struggling to keep the scene low-key, because her youngest son, Joey, was in her arms.”
It sounds like from this article that Melissa did more than pose for pictures and leave.
There were other stories out there about this as well.
One of the stories said that mel tried to start a fight with Teresa, and Teresa told her to leave. Mel only stayed long enough to get her picture taken, and then she left. As soon as she got home she posted the pics on her twitter account.
I would NOT believe anything mel says at this point, since there are numerous documented times when mel has been caught in her lies. All the documentation is on the FameWhorgas site.
This event was in Jan 2012, and this was the first time that they saw each other since the reunion was filmed in Oct 2011. They only saw each other again at the reunion taping a couple of weeks ago.
Anyhow, if she claims Teresa twisted her arm, how come we haven’t heard about it up until now. Twisting her arm would have left a bruise, RIGHT, and Mel would have taken pictures of that, RIGHT.
Oh and BTW, the only pictures that I saw at the party were of Antonia, I think I recall it being written, that Mel only brought her Daughter. Teresa still has the photos up on her website, of Her and Juicy holding Antonia.
Oh and, for those that are unaware, most of the articles on wetpaint are anti- Teresa, they are affiliated with HuffPost, where Jac’s good friend works.

The story quotes a person saying – “I saw them (Teresa and mel) talking and they were very close to each other, it was really loud but it didn’t look like they were arguing”.
I don’t believe T twisted her arm or whatever it was that crazy a$$ Melissa claims she did. If she would have, we would have heard about it long before now!.
If Tre really put her hands on Meho…I am sure she would have called her husband already. She called him for no reason (her life was not threaten in anyway) at the fashion show. She made a BIG deal over her old boss saying hello to her. Can you imagine what would have happened if TRE assaulted her?!?! I think based on that, Meho is full of shit!

I think tre should sue, melissa is tarnishing her name and trying to ruin her reputation. Tre is supporting her whole family, this isnt a joke. While melissa is sitting back being a whore, tre is coming out with new ideas for her fans and putting bread on the table. Why not sue for defamation of charactor? I thimk bravo should give mel the boot, i think tre should give bravo an ultimatum, either its her or melissa marco. What would tre lose if she left bravo?
