Taylor Armstrong Selling Her $250k Engagement Ring On Ebay

RHOBH star Taylor Armstrong has been forced to sell her $250k engagement ring to settle a lawsuit and some major debt! Before Russell committed suicide both he and Taylor were sued by several bill collectors and now Taylor has to sell some of her personal property including the gorgeous ring!

A source reveals, “She’s really pissed and feels she’s been backed into a corner because of Russell’s [her late husband] misdeeds. She wanted to fight, but can’t afford the legal war. Taylor wanted to pass the ring on to her daughter when she got married.”

Ouch! Can you even imagine. Apart of me feels really bad for Taylor. Do you think Taylor should be responsible for paying Russell’s debts?!

They were married, of course she’s held accountable. And anyways, she reaped the benefits and some so of course she should pay it back and face the consequences. But I read on tmz that she had to surrender the ring and the company whom she owes all that money to is auctioning it off to cover part of the money she owes.

As a mother I feel bad because I would want to be able to pass the jewelry on, but as a fan of the show, most of that debt probably has her name all over it, so yes, she should have to pay.

Its been reported elsewhere that the company threatening to sue Taylor is actually selling the ring. They made her forfeit it to them as a settlement and they chose to sell it on eBay.

“Real Housewife of Beverly Hills star Taylor Armstong has been forced to hand over her $250k engagement ring to settle a lawsuit.
Now the company that sued Taylor is doubling her shame by putting the ring her late husband gave her for sale on eBay. SO COLD!”

I have absolutely no sympathy for this woman. None. She knew exactly what was going on prior to Russell’s death. Now that he is gone, she is playing victim??? Give me a frigging break. She has nothing nice to say about Russell……she throws around the so-called abuse card so often, I truly don’t believe her that the “abuse” was what she claims it was. I mean, seriously……Russell got in a fight with a friend and tried to drown him?? Ok, I know that isn’t exactly the story but it was something like that….But the friend said nothing because Taylor asked him to? Oh, ok. Please. Sell the ring….give the money to the people that you had a part of scamming. Absolutely no sympathy.

The only one I feel badly for is Kennedy. Imagine her reading that book her mom wrote one day. Yeah, that’s a great legacy to leave with your daughter or Russell’s other children. I can’t stand her.

ITA! Taylor relishes being the eternal victim and she takes zero responsibility for her *own* behavior which directly contributed to the situation she finds herself in currently.

I have NO sympathy for her.

She had a 60,000 party for her child one season and another expensive party the next season. She had to have known about the debt and she should be responsible for it too.

  6. WarOnTara says:

Um….so she intended to pass the engagement ring on to her daughter? The engagement ring she got from a man who allegedly terrorized her for years? Something doesn’t smell right….

  7. AsianPosh1 says:

Why would anyone pass down a ring to their daughter with so many bad memories? HE SUPPOSEDLY KICKED THE SHIT OUT OF HER. Now she wants to give her daughter the ring?!?! I never understand cray crays like Taylor !!!

  8. Heidi says:

Of course, she should be liable & have to pay up ….

  9. Brownie says:

If Taylor has been abused it is no surprise that she would be very sad to see her engagement ring go to some stranger. It’s all part of the Battered Woman Syndrome where they are confused at times and their emotions go from hot to cold and then from cold to hot. In Taylor’s the engagement ring singled was given to her during a happy and “in love” time. Women become very attached to their rings and even if they have divorced their husbands or if he has passed away, doesn’t mean those feelings suddenly go away. Taylor is behaving just like many other women who felt sentimental at that time of life and even though the relationship went south the emotional attachment to the ring which symbolized happy days is something that is hard to part with.

I hope it sells. The investors/MMR deserve their money back. This woman makes me sick, ugh.

  11. Cajsa says:

I know in a normal marriage, a wife is aware of the family’s financial situation. However, we all saw in her first season how very controlling Russell was. I know for some people, his suicide has erased all memory of his actions, but not for me. I remember him in Las Vegas and at the White Party. After the Las Vegas episode, I knew without a doubt that he was an abuser – though whether an emotional or physical abuser, I did not know. But I knew he was an abuser.

Part of abuse is control and control is not sharing information. Yes, she spent lots of money – but she quite likely thought they had plenty.

Legally, though, she is responsible, whether she was informed or not.
