I think the reason Dina decided to go to Teresa’s launch party is because Teresa supports Dina in every business move she has made. Teresa constantly tweets to her 500,000 plus followers about Dina’s show and to watch it while the Laurita’s/Manzo’s have NEVER even mentioned Dina’s show or congratulated her about it on their twitter accounts! Do you think Dina shouldn’t have showed up to Teresa’s launch party?

Instead of asking Dina why she supported Teresa, perhaps a better question is, why not? Jacqueline is upset because Dina isn’t buying what the Manzo’s and laurita’s are selling.
I think Dina is handling it perfectly. She’s made it clear to Teresa that as long as she does nothing to hurt her sister, and by that I mean something REAL, she will continue to be her friend.
I’m sure Dina understands what her sisters MO is. She’s staying true to herself and I admire that.

As I said before, something really bad must have happened between Dina and Caroline and Jax for them not to guest on her show or for her to show up on the RHONJ except for Teresa. Remember last reunion Teresa said that Caroline back stabbed her sister thats why Dina is so mad at her.

I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong but the launch party that was shown at the end of S3 was actually filmed the night after the deck ambush of Teresa. Teresa launch party was filmed several weeks later. Dina wanted to support Teresa but originally did not want to be filmed. Not becasue of the Teresa/Caro situation. She just didn’t want all the drama in her life again with RHONJ. She was working earlier and stopped by with her assistants.
I also heard that the scene with the Manzo’s sitting around reading the cookbook was filmed just a few weeks before the deck ambush. So what was the reason for all the hate by them all during season 3?
One more interesting tidbit, the reason Dina doens’t talk to Jac is they had a fight which could have been smoothed over but Jac ran to a blogger and started the whole Project Ladybug crap just as Dina was trying to get the foundation up and running.
Jac has told all of us that she can be mean and vicious when mad and she sure has proved it with her treatment of Dina and Teresa

Another way of looking at it would be that Dina decided that she would do what she felt was right, regardless of the drama surrounding it.
Perhaps she decided that she wanted to continue her friendship with teresa, and not allow her sister/sister-in-laws drama to dictate who her friends are.

Dina told Caroline before she left rhnj that she was an adult, who could and would choice her own friends. This is reason why they are having problems Dina refuses to be ruled by Caroline.

I don’t find it odd at all that Dina would come with assistants. Why should she come alone? She knows there is usally a gang up with the 4 Jackholes and she could possibly be a target, which she was and is trying to avoid.

I heard it had something to do with caroline stating Jaq. was a bad mother for leaving her son with his father. She was given the money. The contract was executed post BK filing. The trustee wanted to claim constructive receipt which in this scenario is impossible case law in BK was on Teresa’s side. The issue is mainly for the buildings and pizz place joe had, which he claimed were not personal real estate or property because BK remote due to entity status.
Isn’t your husband an attorney he will tell you want the phrase bankruptcy remote means and constructive receipt.
Jac and Chris LIED to their bankruptcy attorney who had to go to the courts with his tail between his legs and apologize. Chris and Jac are in BIG trouble with the Signature bankruptcy. The trustee is going after then and Ursula’s other brother and wife for liquidating almost 8 million is corporate funds. Supposedly Jac was paid as an employee when she didn’t even work there.
Joey and Lookers have 26 lawsuits against them for failure to pay including Federal taxes. The only paid Fred a small amount for that party S3.
The Manzo’s have their share of legal issues also including Al LYING to the state of NJ. Getting paid thousands each year plus insurance for his family. He claim homestead as the Brownstone for the job but he claim their home as a tax deduction on federal taxes. Ursula can wash over it but he lied when he was shown in by the either state or when he filed his federal forms
your right about the Manzo/Lauritas. They have all made false statments that could land them in jail/prison. None of the cast members are completely innocent of doing their share of scaming.

Ok, then the Laurita’s screwed their old company out of $8m to support their lifestyle and are being sued personally,the Brownstone has a class action suit for not paying overtime Al name isnot listed anymore as an owner, the Gorga’s don’t pay their employees, live off Teresa’s parents, build unsafe apartments, and probably are not in foreclosure due to Melissa’s earnings from the show and appearances, Ritchie walkilie got in trouble for forging checks to Exxon…the list goes on and on. I am not giving the Guidices a pass just the other’s shouldn’t be casting stones.

It is more than 8M. Chris with Jac took another 2.5M personal loan which is an additional part of the BK controversy. Jac is a named member of the company, which is unlike Teresa. Chris and Jac are very shady.

It is a huge issue with Exxon much larger than a few checks. Rox has the link to the default judgement against Richie by Exxon. Basically it was for false checks, skimming profits, issues about pricing of gas etc. Richie did not show and Exxon won their claim through a default judgement.

These people are not my friends, so I do not care but I want people to understand law is not black and white.

And Richie Wakile also. Us District Court Judge William J. Martini signed off on his Exxon lawsuit for bouncing checks for 4 months in a row, not paying for his gasoline, amongst other things in 2007 or 2009! Im sorry.. That is true as well. There are sources that several buildings and businesses were not part of the suit, but they likely were BK remote. As for the book upfront deals, the trustee did make a claim for them. It was likey a poor claim because the contracts were executed post BK filing and the theory even by trustee was constructive receipt. The trustee stated T purposely delayed signing contract to make the book deal BK remote. That is a facts and circumstances issue which has very low likelihood of success for the trustee.
They are ALL crooks-all of them.
There is some details in the manzo/laurita family that they do not want the public to know.
I now womder if there is some truth to the rumor that Dina said that Jac’s son autism was “bad karma” what Jac has done in her life. Or someting like that…

The rumor, as started by Queenz (nuf said) is that T told jac that Dina made the Karma remark.
I do hope that it is broght up at the reunion. Because Andy needs to simply ask Jacqueline if teresa said that. That is a yes or no question. Jac will be forced to either vindicate T and Dina, or confirm herself as the source of the rumor.
I think most people, aside from some of the extreme T haters, see through this. There is no way in hell Dina would say something like that, and it is even less believable that T would repeat it.
I’m putting my money on Jac starting the rumor. It was a pathetic attempt to drive a wedge between T and Dina. Note this “rumor” started at about the same time she released the info on Nicholas.

It was reported after the rumor came out that what Dina said was in an email between Teresa and Dina. Just like the emails that Ursula claimed at last years reunion that she had of Teresa bashing her and causeing starting the problems between Dina and Ursula. Teresa told her that she was lying and no emails exsisted. Remember Teresa famous line “Bring it Bitch!” well Jac better “bring it!”
if this is true, i hope it does show up on the reunion. It would shed some light on the intergity of some cast members, good or bad.

Dina was always my fav. I know she is no angel,and can be calculating (it’s not always a bad thing), but I don’t believe that she would ever say anything like that even if she still angry with Jac.

Yes! I think its great that Bravo was nice enough to show a real friendship in the middle of all the madness! I would like to know WHY Jac questions that, brings up T and Caro being on the outs when they have become so friendly with the Gorga’s and the Wakiles and have placed themselves in the middle and made things worse? Teresa has NEVER meddled in any of their family dramas and has known them for like 15 years or so!!!! And Teresa never took sides- she stayed neutral with all of them even when they were clearly siding with her family!
Probably those stupid fired Producers wanted the viewers to see that Teresa still had one friend while building up blaming her for the *stripper* club guy coming to the Posche show, which would have worked for most, however, what the dummies did not take into consideration is, that a good % of the viewers have Twitter and KNOW that the *stripper* rumors came from Twitter not Teresa.
I highly doubt Teresa planned the friendship/reappearance of Dina. Teresa most likely surprised Bravo, when she went to Dina to tell her what was going on. At least that is what Teresa has said, she was upset and didn’t know where to turn and I believe her. When Dina was willing to be filmed, of course Bravo would film and air it because she is a fan favorite with Teresa.
But this had to be shocking to Caro & Jax with all their secrets/issues with Dina.

I LOVE Dina! I think its awesome that she supports Teresa. And you have to remember, dina is a very smart woman, I HIGHLY doubt that she would be friends with teresa if she felt a certain negative way about her. And the fact that she has put distance between herself and Caroline and even Jaq, says alot!!! I am glad that someone is on teresas side atleast. Too bad she isnt on the show anymore. I think Dina is the only one who was classy enough to know that in the beginning Teresa was hurt and mad about her family coming on to the show and yes maybe Teresa was jealous when her family became the new fun people on the show. However, Dina also knows that she got over it, tried to fix things with all while the Producer friends were telling the others NO you have to hate her. No matter what, Teresa dumped them, got on with her life for the better and left the rest of the cast looking like the stupid jealous people that they are.

I dont think she was jealous. She was indeed hurt. Wouldn’t you be hurt if the only reason your family was asked to do the show was to talk bad about you. Them being fun is just a matter of opinion. To me it’s hard to think of them as fun knowing how they are trying to hurt Teresa.

Dian just said in a recent interview that she is in favor of making apperances on the show now and then. Her new show takes up alot of her time, so she said she woulden’t be able to do trhonj full time.
I don’t think that Dina and Teresa “really love each other”.Dina said multiple times that they have “light” friendship when she was asked about Teresa’s problems and why she as a friend was not aware of upcoming T’s bancrupcy.
Basically they have fun together when it’s possible. Dina is smart,she knows it’s better not to confront Teresa about anything,because the hell will break loose.

IMO,Dina looked really uncomfortable filming at Teresa’s party (that explain the presence of her assistants for “moral support”),especially when she was talking about her sister.
I think she was kind of cut off guard by Teresa wanting to document this conversation.
Dina knows the deal – she agreed to film. She is not niave about Bravo’s agenda and simply came to support a friend. Jac is reading too much into this and is looking to further villianize Dina. She has never liked Dina – and now has a “true reason” (in her head) to hate Dina.
Lilli, of course Jacass never liked Dina. Reason? Chris Lurker was engaged to Dina’s friend. Than ooops, he knocked up that bloated booze bag and had to marry her.

And that’s also why she is now cow-towing to Caroline… because the whole family knows the deal…trap that man to get him away from fiance.

Guys,I know that Dina is aware of the Bravo’s agenda. And she agreed to film.But still looked very uncomfortable and brought her assistants. Yes,she does a lot with them on her NGTV show. But they have nothing to do with RHNJ. She brought them for support.

Dina always brings her assistants. I have been at her charity functions for project lady bug and she brings them. She has been at Meridian Health Care benefits in northern NJ and has brought them. Her assistants are her staples wherever she goes. It is not new.
I’m pretty sure at least one of her assistants lives with her. Also pretty sure Dina said she was coming from a work thing. Maybe they know Teresa and wanted to come support her too, as well as to work the party and get publicity for their business. What’s weird about that?
Teresa’s old school Italian. She’s not the type to “go too deep” with anyone, I bet. Just because she isn’t using her friends for therapy and unburdening herself to them and crying on their shoulder everyday doesn’t mean they don’t care about each other or they’re not close. Her personality might not let her express friendship in that American way we expect but there are other ways to be.

Are you kidding? It’s not like their friendship broke up permannently over something stupid, but people temporarily stop speaking to each other over stupid things all the time. My friend’s BFF stopped speaking to her for I don’t know how many weeks or months ecause they supported different candidates in a primary election. Like Teresa, she had no clue her friend wasn’t speaking to her until she told her a lot later, because they’re both really busy. Friendships ebb and flow, sometimes you may see each other everyday, at other times you may play phone tag for 8 months.
And it’s not just a reality show to them. If I had to deal with the stress, anxiety, and negativity generated by these wackjobs and Danielle, I might feel alienated and not want to talk to anyone, too.

to me “light” meant free of drama and just two friends having fun. dina had stayed away from everyone because of the drama and didn’t speak to teresa until teresa came to her door after being bashed at the reunion. its only reasonable she still wants to keep it “light”. also teresa has always been the type of woman to laugh and smile and wants to be positive so yeah dina and teresa’s friendship makes sense. two women that don’t want negativity in their lives and just want to be fun positive friends.
If they are only “light friends” why was Dina so touched by being asked to be Audrianna’s godmother? According to Dina herself, in the Italian culture being a godmother binds you for life and she even called Teresa her sister during her interview(one on one) during the show. She was there for T after the ambush and wasn’t talking to Ursula before that even happened. Dina posted on her website about that night T was ambushed and that it was not T’s doing that’s she’s not speaking to Jac or Ursulas. One thing we know about Dina is she doesn’t lie(unlike her sister i.e S2 Danielle book incident @ chateau).
I have known from the beginning that Caro has been jealous of T and D’s friendship. You could see Caro change toward T. It was subtle at first then she progressively would make it more blatant.
I also watched the 1on1 show again last night. Caro said T never would call any of them unless it was on film yet Wacko said T would call her everyday and T said the same thing. I don’t know if anyone picked that up or not.
They constantly get caught lying about Teresa. Jacqueline stated Teresa never spoke about her brother prior to season 3 – now she and Caroline say that Teresa only said nasty things about Melissa and Joe. Which is it…they never spoke about them or spoke nasty about them all the time.
Also, I don’t doubt Teresa never called Caroline. Teresa understood what type of a person Caroline was a long time ago and only communicated when necessary. Jacqueline probably never told Caroline how much she communicated with Teresa. Jax was afraid to tell Caroline (for obvious reasons).
Chris Lurker even said in his talking head shot that T called Jac every day. I think he said every morning.

The strange thing is that she is missing her faimly’s events, not that she is attending her friend’s events. I am surprised and stunned that most of you feel it is ok to call these women on the show horrible names, but when someone calls Teresa a name, it is shame on you, how dare you! Love Dina and respect her loyalty to her friend Teresa. When Dina walked away from RH she wanted to distance herself from everybody.
Clearly her relationship with Caro had broken down and that also seems to include Chris and Jax.
When it became clear that Caro and Jax & co were behind attacking Teresa, Dina stood by her friend and stood up for her in showing up to her event.
Dina is a classy lady and doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. I think she wrote that blog post in defense of Teresa because Caro was intent on blaming their broken relationship on Teresa like she does everything else.
