Shaunie O’ Neal Says Evelyn Lozada Is A Bully!
Basketball Wives star and executive producer Shaunie O’Neal admits that her friend and costar Evelyn Lozada, is a bully!
Shaunie talks about bullying on Basketball Wives telling HipHollywood, “Sometimes it can be a bit of some bullying going on. Because of the personalities being a lot stronger, like Evelyn’s personality is a lot stronger than Jen’s, so it does seem like it’s bullying, but I don’t think Jen would thinks she’s bullied. I don’t think she would want to take that role of being bullied because she’s strong in her own way.”

She’s slowly back tracking because VH1 and the people behind the show see that Evelyn is in the wrong and Shanice is also. So in a backhanded way she through Evelyn under the bus to save her job essentially.
Did you all see Reality Tea is running the story as” Shaunie says Eve is NOT a bully?” WTF! They should get together and get their stories straight…lol I think they are all throwing each other under the bus in an attempt to save themself.

Oh and i was rewatching the slap fight and i noticed that while they were aruging Jen said “make her leave” or something of that nature and Ev responed “you leave i got more authority here then you”!! What i want to know is when did she get a promotion?! Lol
YA! What did that mean? And Jen didn’t even respond to that, which doesnt mean anything but I wonder what that meant. And honestly, Ev isn’t gonna be mad at this. She didn’t actually call Ev a bully, there was nothing insulting in the way she spoke about Ev. Now Tami, on the other hand, she wasn’t too flattering towards her.
Ha! Thats funny! She has more authority with that attitude and anger problem. She is a bit of a bully.
Everyone seems to be forgetting Jen didn’t have any issue with the fighting BEFORE she was on the receiving end of it. Grown women fighting is NOT bullying. I’ve said it before – this is a reality show and they all signed up for it. Using that term takes away from the kids who are so terrified to go to school on a regular basis that they are killing themselves.
Let’s all remember that Jen DID NOT miss a day of filming.
All Jen did was file charges against the person who hit her. Anyone else who got hit could’ve done the same…it really doesn’t have much to do with if she has a problem with the fighting or not. She got hit, she retaliated, in her way, period.
Jen wasn’t physically fighting, she was assaulted. If two people want to engage in fisticuffs so be it I really don’t have a problem with that. Physically attacking someone you know will not or cannot fight back is bullying regardless of the age. All reality shows do not engage in physically attacking others, actually most don’t.
Why can’t Jen fight back? Because she doesn’t “want” to? That’s NOT bullying. Jesus. You’re actually going to compare what kids go through on a daily basis to what JEN CLEARLY PUTS UP WITH (i.e. she didn’t miss a day of filming, and she is still cashing the checks)? As someone who actually WAS bullied, I take offense to the term being thrown around so lightly. She filed a lawsuit for a storyline, point blank.
You guys are way to into this if you think it has to do with “right and wrong”. This is a TV show, and Jen knows that. She’s fooling all of you! If she was so threatened, why did she show up for all her days of filming? Obviously SHE doesn’t feel bullied, so let’s stop saying she was.
Jen never physically attacked anyone..in any season. She barely ever even argued with anyone because she clearly is not a fighter. What she was, was guilty by association. For being friends with Ev at the time…she co-signed a lot of Ev’s foolishness. But the point is she NEVER engaged in the physical foolery that Ev and Tami do all the time. And when your not a fighter and your being assaulted, you let the courts fight for you. She’s doing exactly what she’s supposed to do in this case.

She wont say ish.. Shaunie is the Exec Producer of the show and she can easily cancel Eve if she tries to play herself. I dont remember where I read an article where it says that Shaunie and Eve, recently had a fall out and watch how things turn.
She is a bully and so is Tami. Funny thing is that they can talk even about Susie’s speech issue and laugh at everyone but when someone else stands up for themselves, its a problem. Eve should stop crying about her friend living in a 2 bedroom and move her mother out of the ghetoness she still lives in.

Shaunie acts like she’s afraid to admit that those chicks are mean! She dances around it and makes excuses for it. Be plain & say, yes they bully, not “I can see why people would think that but when you bring different personalities together…” blah blah blah. Strong personality or not, as a lady, especially one in their 40′s or close to it, you should know how to handle yourself w/o yelling and being physical. I understand those are her friends but she acts like she can’t just say “they’re mean, they handle conflict like children and its sad & unnecessary.”
Thanks for posting the clip Roxy. This tells me that Shaunie acknowledges the fan base and that more are disgusted by the physical abuse being shown and she needed to say something. Up to this point, VH-1 /producers were coming out excusing this behavior.
I wish they would have asked Shaunie what she would have done if she had been hit by a clutch purse or slapped in the face. I’m sure she would have given us a general comment, but I would have loved to seen if she paused or stumbled over that one.
Hopefully Jennifer will comment herself – does she feel she was bullied? How can Shaunie speak for her?

Ev needs to get off her high horse. She feels so bad about people who come from nothing yet does she realize her loubatons (sorry spelling) can feed two families of 4 according to NY gov’t standards. People with money are guilty of buying fancy over the top things but when you are doing it on TV but then saying how you feel for those less fortunate. you make yourself look like a fool. Even though I AM NOT A FAN of this show, I have watched it from time to time. I must say that I agree I think Eve is a bully with a Holier than thou attitude. This show makes ALL black women look bad ! After how far black women have come over the years they do not need to be exploited & refferred to in this manner. VH1 should be ashamed & the girls also.
