RHONJ Recap: Full Of Promotion!
What an episode! An episode filled with promotion. An episode I yawned a few times over. On Sunday’s episode, the housewives/housechildren/househusbands focused on promoting their brand and music because you know, that’s what viewers like us care to watch!
There’s not much to write in this recap because personally the episode was very boring to me. The scenes between Melissa Gorga and Joe Gorga were just disgusting. That is not hot in any way at all. It’s to much and doesn’t her/his family get embarrassed when they watch them do that? I also hate how Joe Gorga has to tell Melissa over and over again how he’s invested in her. She’s your wife, get over it. You don’t have to remind her! It was also extra cute when Joe Gorga called his daughter a cock blocker. Yea, real cute.
Best part of the episode: Greggy meets Patti! Like him or not that was so cool to watch and he was obviously really happy! “She has a Louis Vuitton scarf. She’s everything.” Leave it to Greggy to make me LOL!
The performance: Milania yawning at Gia’s performance: priceless! This child needs to get the heck off of the housewives and star in ‘The Milania Show!’ I promise it would be a hit! Gia did a fantastic job! She really has talent and obviously loves to dance! Melissa Gorga on the other hand looked like a nervous wreck but i must admit it was sweet seeing her sisters tear up for her.
The Manzo’s: I really wish Albie would realize that work is important but so is Lindsey. Lindsey could become his family and I’m sure watching Albie say that BLK is more important didn’t make her feel so great. Chris Laurita is such a good guy. I still wonder how he’s remained with Jacqueline.
The episode was blah. Looking forward to next week! What were your thoughts on the episode? How do you think Gia and Melissa did?!

I’m waiting to see if Mel sings live…I also want to see Gia do her thing!
I haven’t watched last night’s episode yet, but I went to bravotv.com, and watched Gia’s performance. SOMEONE GAVE Gia’s performance 1 STAR! I bet it’s one of the housewives, or the washed up Marco sisters. Gia did AMAZING @ Beatstock! I watched the little clip where MeHo performed her ugly, autotuned song. Damn, it sounds HORRIBLE! That song really makes my ears bleed!!!
Gia should teach her dirty, golddigging aunt how to sing and dance! I bet Gia can sing, too! She’d be a triple threat. If she continued acting class, dancing, and singing… Whoa! She’d be a STAR! She already is one! Just look at her! So beautiful and talented! She really does shine through, and definitely stands out!
Your thoughts of being bored watching the last episode is how I’ve felt all season. There have been a lot of moments of drama but I’m sick of the everyone against Teresa storyline. They need to balance out the cast a little. It’s not fun to watch anymore.

I could make a string of comments on how rude, not-funny, and ignorant Carolines kids were in this episode. But you know what i was really thinking in every scene they were in with Chris Laurita?
Why not Ashley? Why isnt Ashley a part of the company that her dad -the man who’s raised her- started? Why Carolines kids? I know Ashley has some problems but to me they are normal growing up problems that 50% of teenage girls go through. I think she is just as responsible and would have stepped up to the plate and taken this more serious than what the 3 stooges did. It really pisses me off.

Hearing about these peoples sex lives is ridiculous. Have they forgotten who the audience is? When did BRAVO decide to make them the new Jersey Shore crew? I cant stand to watch them anymore its just GROSS.

His business took a “major hit” because of the economy ???? I thought it was because he and Wac raided the company coffers.
Yes, Chris and Jaqueline were using funds from the business as a giant ATM and company money for their lavish lifestyle. That is why there is a lawsuit, because it is not just a business that lost customers/clients and went out business and had to file Bankrupcy. It was fraud and the Laurita family are crooks. But Andy plays favorites and these crooks are not front and center like the Tre family/business real estate related Bankrupcy.

I believe the term ‘forced into bankruptcy’ means he had no other choice. Creditors wanted their money and would not make any concessions, so to stop lawsuits and collection activity, they filed bankruptcy.
It could also mean that the creditor owed the largest amount of money filed against them

The funny part is mel days she and the dancers did a good job. Not a word about her singing because she knows she didnt sing.

1. We don’t know that Tre didn’t correct any of her kids because it COULD have been edited out.
2. Those children heard multiple times Melissa and Joe bash their mother & their father (Christening, Kathy’s pool party and God knows where else). So, it appears, THEY ALL talk in front of the children and the children hear all of it.
3. Every child is unique and what works for some doesn’t always work for all. Often if you make a big deal out of something it encourages especially precocious children (Milania) to further explore what you want them not to do/say.
4. I noticed the hug and it proves 1 thing to me – Tre has taught her girls to show respect TO their Aunt, even if they don’t feel it.

She did not make the accusations (“Rosie HATED her for being gay!” and “Don’t you remember how she treated you?”) to Rosie’s face. She said them in her private interview. Rose had no clue about what she said until she saw it on TV.
I’ll have to re-watch cuz I can’t remember if that’s true, but this is the kind of thing that drives me crazy! If Rosie only learned that’s what Teresa thought when she saw Tre say it in the episode, then shame on Rosie for not immediately calling Teresa up and discussing it, instead of making it into a big drama by TWEETING. Yet they say TERESA wants to keep the discord going….hmmmm

That preview that they showed for next week, is quite interesting. They showed Kathy saying they are her mother’s recipes. I think she is lying. They had that recipe book for a while and now she is bringing it up. At the beginning of the season when everyone was talking about the cook book , she never said anything. If it was true,for sure she would of said something.

The thing is that she barely even saw the recipes as teresa was just flipping thur too fast so how would she even be able to compare them? And if they are recipes for popular items, wouldn’t u think that of course they would have have to be very silimar in order to BE the SAME thing? Ie. All recipes for Sugar cookies will basically be the same in order to BE a sugar cookie recipe? Gurrrr….she pissed me off with that comment…so not gonna watch next episode!
Exactly! I cook a lot of pasta, and even thought my family and friends add or remove a few ingredients, it still tastes the same. Why does Kathy have to make that little comment when they cook and bake stuff almost the same way. So annoying! Old women bickering and arguing over the dumbest things. They really have a lot of time on their hands!
Kathy is really trying to make herself more beautiful. She is starting to have a HUGE EGO! No matter how much makeup, fancy clothes, and money you have… You will never look sweet and beautiful in my eyes.

pissed me off also for a lot of the same reasons! I have an Italian cookbook my Grandmother put together before passing away- Im sure that a lot of recipes have the exact same, or a lot of commonalities too them, so Kathy’s remarks were juts to try and stir the pot, again. Then she will sit in her little interview, and tweet and blog how horrible and insulting Teresa is!
Wait im confused…Didnt Teresa sit with Melissa last season and tell her the new cook book will be comprised of family recipies…Melissa asked if she wanted to included some of hers and Teresa said no…Now Kathy is trying to make it seem like Teresa is stealing recipes. Between Caroline, Jaqueline and Kathy, they think they can manipulate the audience to believe their crap or that the viewers are stupid. Kathy’s mom isn’t even Teresa’s mom sister, but her dad’s sister that grew up in a different household with a different “mother.” Teresa has said from the first cook book that those recipes were passed from her mothers’s side of the family from her grandmother Teresa, to her mom, to Teresa. Kathy can not even lie well anymore because her logic is so false it’s a joke. Does Kathy even think before she talks to get caught in such bold face lies!
