Alright good news everyone! Real Housewives of New York City is coming back and we have the official trailer! Yesterday Andy announced the new ladies Aviva Drescher, Carole Radziwill and Heather Thomson! Check out the trailer after the jump
Aviva is a mother of four, born and raised in NYC while Carole is an author and journalist. Heather is a fashion businesswoman and celebrity stylist who actually created the shape wear line, yummy! What do you think about the new housewives? Will you be watching?

I love Romona and i love to hate luann haha. The new girls are kind of drab, but looks like they bring the drama. Just hope these girls have real $$
I cannot wait! I loved to hate the old cast and I’m sure I’ll learn to hate all these rich beautiful hw’s too! Ramona has and always be one of my fav drunken hw’s ~ She brings the crazy.

I like drunken Ramona, and provocative Sonja! I’ll watch because they’ll be on. I know Heather from HSN because my mom has some of her Yummie Tummie shapewear line. Idk why my mom wears it when she’s only 5’4, and weighs 110. Lol.
I wish all the RH franchises would go back to where they were all having fun and shopping and stuff this yelling and screaming all the time gives me anxiety all the time. RHONY is the worst they all walk around with their noses in the air yet act like a pack of wild hyenas.
Oh shit is all I can say! Oh, and I can’t wait till the new season starts, NJ & NY by far the best of the RH series!
The trailer Andy was so proud of last night that they showed on the D-List Bravolebrity show, was very dark. From that trailer you knew this season is all about the new girls bullying the others and looking down on them. I guess Andy put out a new one after he saw everyones comments on the one last night. I find it funny one of the new housewives I mean commenters wrote that the non-new women are “old hags” considering these new girls appear miserable and VERY weathered.
Oh sweet Jesus, please take me from this rotating orb called earth, I can no longer be on the same planet as any of the RHONY cast. lol. I am so proud of New York City, it’s my hometown and I still live here. But these women make me cringe. They try to sell us the myth that these women are the “ladies who lunch”, but that’s just ridiculous.
That Ramona stands as a symbol of anything this city stands for is insulting and embarrassing. Sonja is fun and she’s representative of a certain type of girl who moves here and works in some form of publicity and uses her outgoing personality :::cough:::and questionable morals::::cough:::: to gain business for the finer eating establishments here on the upper east side. They eventually find a “name” to marry and hope to grow into a more refined role in New York society. It must have been horrible for her to deal with all the press last season – but she seems to have weathered it fine. We’ll see. The Countess is another brand of girl who looks to marry up and she succeeded to some degree. But she needs to give up the Countess thing. The three new women: Aviva is a native – born and raised here. Will be interesting to see how she “rolls” lol (remember Jill Zs “I roll with a fah-hab-ulous group of people”). Heather Thompson is a business women – could give Ramona some lessons on office etiquette. Lee Radzwill is the one I’m surprised they were able to sign. She’s the first one who is “of the manner born”. So even though I vowed never to watch the show again I am curious to see how she fits into this hot mess of estrogen (replacement).
Some people on another thread suggested watching the re-runs so it doesn’t hit Bravos statistics so maybe that’s what I’ll do. However if they start to take Ramona down a peg in the edit, I’ll go back to watching first runs and send Andy flowers. LoL.
I’m so excited to watch the New York girls. I think it looks like a great season. I’m a little sad Ramona and Sonja have a fight but it will be interesting to see why. I’m so tire of Ramona promoting her products so I hope there is less of that. I wanted to hate Sonja so badly last season but ended up adoring her. Hopefully they will show a little more of her life because I feel like she was a little bit in the background and she’s dramatic in a magnificent way. The Countess is always fun and you never know what is going to come out of her mouth. That is the one and only way that her and Ramona are alike. The new ladies will be interesting to get to know and hopefully it won’t be the old crew vs. the new crew. Anything is a breath of fresh air from the toxic energy on New Jersey that’s coming up. Maybe Teresa can commute and join New York HW next season lol. Now that would make for colorful entertainment.
I felt the same about Sonja. I didnt like her in the beginning and wanted to hate her but by the end of the season i loved her and Ramona together.
Sonja and Teresa are my two favorite housewives and when I first saw each of them I thought for sure I would hate them. There’s a vulnerable sweetness to both of them that comes through in spite of some of the outrageous things they may say or do.
OMG this season looks cray cray! WTF is up with Sonja Mrs Jp Morgan doing topless lol. I am so glad to finally see these girls let loose!
Andy said that he is turning the new girls on Ramona and he is sick of her causing so much trouble and if there is trouble she’s out!!!
I don’t think they should have shaken up the cast so much. And I am not a fan of people using the term “white trash.” I also think Ramona should be on Celebrity Apprentice–she seems to be one of the most “business-y” housewives. Donald Trump wouldn’t go wrong if he cast Bethenny on his show either.
Bethanny is to far above CA 3 years ago maybe now she could be a guest judge. My god MArtha Stewart told Andy Cohen she made a mistake. Bethanny is the only true breakout star. Teresa is a close second. As far as Beverly Hills Lisa is the breakout star but she doesn’t need it.
I think Romona would be great on CA! I would watch and she is sure to bring the crazy and throw ppl under the bus lol
I cant see Bethany doing CA she has surpassed that level of TV. Maybe in a few years if her fame dies out.

Yikes! What the heck is Luman wearing in that picture?? Someone should really advise her. Her clothes are becoming scarier by the day and that “song” on WWHL was just plain sad.
I’m happy Ramona’s back, ALWAYS annoyed by Luman and wish Alex was coming back.
